I have to say these Dior quints are so much nicer than the Chanel Fall Collection, imho. They seem to be more sophisticated , especially for us gals over 50! I am intrigued.

Julie- YES- that would be correct! There is one shimmery shade and then the rest are a pretty satin color and I am truly IMPRESSED with the formula!!! SO pretty!!!

I went down the rabbit hole with chanel! Ohhhh yes I did. All the liquid lipsticks, blushes, highlighters, and the glosses including the lip combo you told us about yesterday! So excited! My chanel orders arrive today! I cannot wait! Nordstrom splits the orders too much! Does that happen to you? I would rather get one whole shipment than multiples.

Abby, I think you're reading my mind - I just ordered the Dior Airflash Radiance Mist, I was thinking the same thing, I wonder if I could use it In lieu of foundation. I want to try it with one of my By Terry or Chantecaille powders. I have the candlelight powder from Chantecaille and it's very light and pretty - have you tried it? I do want to try the Airflash foundation eventually. I also have the Dior Skin correct, but I'm not sure I have the right color. The new Dior Quints look so beautiful, I am interested in the Tutu quint. I will probably break down and get it since the new formula looks amazing. You look beautiful! Thanks for the video! Hi Abby: :How does this compare to Soft Cashmere or Chantecaille Safari Trio? I have been using Jane Iredale Maximizer for lashes......the white mascara.......and really like it. Love the effect it gives. :)
Donna- New Look is a DEEPER version of Soft Cashmere. Both are cooler-toned palettes. The Chantecaille Trio is a mix of warm and cool tones which I love and the formula is a nice velvet satin with a touch of luminosity. In the Dior palettes - you will get a mix of matte/satin and one shimmery shade. AND yay for the Jane Iredale Maximier. When I remember to use the primer- it really works!! We have been invited along and I told him we have got to get to Oxford Street and visit Selfridges. What a history this department store has! It jumped all over Chicago for days and finally has made it up here to the MidWest...should be here today/tomorrow. I have the Jane Iredale primer too.....love it. AND I know that some were comparing Soft Cashmere to Nude Dip- but there is some matte/satin in the Dior versus the all Shimmer in Nude Dip. New Look could be similar to the - Noir Fume... possibly.
