That is a great question Lizzie! SO they are both a cool tones but the Dior has a few satin/matte shades verus the Nude Dip being all shimmers. I love the Burnt Sugar Gloss and Pivoine lipliner! My go-to favorite lip combo right now. Thank you so much for watching. xoxo
When « boring » looks so good, I need it too! 🤣 My issue with Dior shadows has always been the longevity of the product on my lids. They do look more pigmented than what I’m used to see with this brand though... do they last throughout the day?

Hi Abby! I also purchased the soft cashmere! Looked so pretty but after I applied, i feel It was too shiny and glittery! I felt like it aged my eyes! Looks beautiful on you though but just too shiny for me. I may have to check more of them out in person to find one less sparkly and shiny.

Chanel is hard to beat no matter how you pair the products. Because of the humidity here, I am using my Ultra Le Teint B32 also. Speaking of Dior, my second fav foundation so far is Dior Forever Skin Glow 2.5N.
Got my #879 Dior quint and have soft cashmere on the radar. Abby, could you explain the colors of the items you used....such as silver taupe, rosey brown, soft pewter. Pivione has a mauve tinge to it, right and the Chanel gloss looks peach/copper? The New Look quint looks very similar to the Soft Cashmere so will be waiting to see your review on that on how they relate to each other. Thanks. :)
Absolutely! I admit I get overwhelmed by these Quints due to the extra shade- LOL! I do have New Look as well because Soft Cashmere was sold out and then came back in stock - so grabbed it! New Look is a deeper cool palette similar to Soft Cashmere! I did not need both but have them and TUTU!!! I will be doing more videos coming up!! and will do comparison for you. xoxo

So beautiful Abby. Rose bronze is one of my favorite blushes...got it last fall and never looked back! The Water Fresh Tint is my HG - I bought it because of you. Have to admit I don't own any matte/fuller coverage foundations but the Ultra Le Teint looks great w/ the Fresh Tint. And your eyes - I am a "boring" type of eye gal and this one is beautiful. This looks makes me think of Fall - apple cider and pumpkin patch kind of Fall lol!

Hi Abby, The quint looks so nice. I bought my first Dior eyeshadow palette a few months ago. It was the Backstage Custom Eye Palette in Universal Neutrals. The shadow colors are so pretty, but when I only have them on for just a few hours, it's like my eyeballs eat all the color. I wonder if the new formula has more lasting power?
M Wall- yep! I had one quint from a collection a year or so ago and the same thing happened to me. Thus, the reason - you don't see a lot of DIOR on my channel. BUT - these new ones are AMAZING! I now own three of them - and the formulation is fantastic and my eyeballs did not eat up the shadow at all! I hope this helps!!! xoxo

You know what- I did not have that issue at all but I do not have very oily eyelids - so don't have a ton of creasing. My issues are more on the dry side. So far the formula has been fantastic. xoxo

Did you get it and were you disappointed? I don’t think there is any warmth in those shades at all, they are all very cool. I wish I had gotten something else, I already have so many shimmers, and this one is very shimmery. I was hoping at least one of the mid tones would be matte.

i love the Rose correcteur by Chanel. I use it alone without concealer and its perfect. i love a rosy cooler tone concealer under the eyes. Lovely lip combo, My favorite is Nude Brun and Rose Naif 804 for a nude lip. but Burnt Sugar looks so good on you!! ive always gravitated towards the candy named rouge coco glosses like Melted Honey and Noce Moscata, i gotta add Burnt Sugar to my list

So beautiful Abby. Rose bronze is one of my favorite blushes...got it last fall and never looked back! The Water Fresh Tint is my HG - I bought it because of you. Have to admit I don't own any matte/fuller coverage foundations but the Ultra Le Teint looks great w/ the Fresh Tint. And your eyes - I am a "boring" type of eye gal and this one is beautiful. This looks makes me think of Fall - apple cider and pumpkin patch kind of Fall lol!

Hi Abby, The quint looks so nice. I bought my first Dior eyeshadow palette a few months ago. It was the Backstage Custom Eye Palette in Universal Neutrals. The shadow colors are so pretty, but when I only have them on for just a few hours, it's like my eyeballs eat all the color. I wonder if the new formula has more lasting power?
M Wall- yep! I had one quint from a collection a year or so ago and the same thing happened to me. Thus, the reason - you don't see a lot of DIOR on my channel. BUT - these new ones are AMAZING! I now own three of them - and the formulation is fantastic and my eyeballs did not eat up the shadow at all! I hope this helps!!! xoxo

I watched another RUclipsr review this quint and she said that it didn't wear well--that it creased quite a bit. did you have that experience?
You know what- I did not have that issue at all but I do not have very oily eyelids - so don't have a ton of creasing. My issues are more on the dry side. So far the formula has been fantastic. xoxo

Did you get it and were you disappointed? I don’t think there is any warmth in those shades at all, they are all very cool. I wish I had gotten something else, I already have so many shimmers, and this one is very shimmery. I was hoping at least one of the mid tones would be matte.

i love the Rose correcteur by Chanel. I use it alone without concealer and its perfect. i love a rosy cooler tone concealer under the eyes. Lovely lip combo, My favorite is Nude Brun and Rose Naif 804 for a nude lip. but Burnt Sugar looks so good on you!! ive always gravitated towards the candy named rouge coco glosses like Melted Honey and Noce Moscata, i gotta add Burnt Sugar to my list
