Took me AGES to put this together and it shouldn't have taken so long, but, if anyone wasn't aware I'm doing like a TON of things right now. Not the least of which is my DnD-themed rap album :-)

On dark, reflective, shiny surfaces try dry shampoo. Also baby power will work. Have a lot of even lighting,

Thanks for the tip! I did see a lot of people mentioning baby powder or corn starch because it dusts off easily, I figure if I tried either one it'd be baby powder. I'd be worried about accidentally getting the corn starch wet and having it end up sticky and gross.
Once I start scanning more objects I'm positive I'll need to try the baby powder / hairspray / etc methods, but I don't know when that'll be - scanning people is taking FOREVER, and even though it's super interesting and fun it's still the only thing I've had time to do very much of. If I was less stubborn I would put the people-scans on pause and do some object/environment scans, but... I'm pretty stubborn lol.
      Thanks again!
