    Hi John,
I have just one question. Why do you have the same size blocks? 🤔. They should very in size depending on what they are holding/pulling.
And they are to get smaller as you go up the mast. That goes for : single, double and triple blocks.
Stay well and stay safe. 👍. 😷. 🍻 (first beer is on me).
    Jason

I am ready to get the Fore Spar mounted
Using the book to get it as correct as possible.
The centre of the spar had a heavy rope around it lashed up to the Fore Top
There are another 2 lashing 1 either side of the above with a large 3 hole lashed to the side of the foremast and a large twin block lashed to the spar
Not sure if your instructions in the magazine show this
Not sure if this will help - can i post a picture on here

Currently, I’m working on the yards for the Santisima Trinidad. I’ve completed the bowsprit, fore, and half of the main masts, and if I weren’t so far along, I’d change how I fixed the brass stirrups to the yards. My method only leaves one wrap around the yard, but I like the thickness of your method. Thanks for the tip! I’ll use it in my next build.
