  • Poet and spoken-word artist Jack Ramey brings to life another beautiful poem by John Keats. We are working on a documentary about Keats & Shelley which will include footage in England shot by our good friend, Welsh filmmaker Viv Mainwaring, and footage to be shot in Italy in December and May. So please take a look and let us know what you think. And please share it so we can get help build a broader appreciation among the younger generation of the immortal poetry written by Keats and Shelley.

Very nice. I recite this internally every morning. It keeps my memory sharp and gives me something beautiful to reflect on for later.

"Keats seems to be saying that art is eternal - the nature of art and itself is eternal, and the nature of life and reality is fleeting." Your short explanation made me get the whole poem. I was wondering what the poem was saying throughout the 5 stanzas. Very clear :) Thank you, sir.
