Depending on what year it was painted it Could be a reference to the DC Comic arc “The Button” where Dr.Manhattan was Killing people from the DCU and actually “rewrote” aspects of the DCU ,and it all started when Batman Found the button with THAT exact blood drop on it in his bat cave 🤔 OR It’s just Directly from the Watchmen movie lol 😂 Disclaimer: I’m not 100% that story arc was called The Button lol
