Fair to say they will struggle in the west and Kerr will be forced to prioritize playing time to winning players, sometimes im sure podz will close but there will be a lot of inconsistency as he is hunting to win rather than develop
16 team league damn if you're 16th you might as well centers are scarce, especially ones with skill that don't hurt your other categories as much. Good ft shooter good amount of threes points rebounds and some assists if he can start blocking again you're in business

I think both guys end up ranked near 20, so if you want the blocks go Chet... if you want more well-rounded scoring and less defense, you go KAT
