Bro I seriously underestimated this ride, when I realized that it was gonna be 2 rounds, blue side then green side I was like oh hell no ( on the inside i felt like I wanna get out of this thing )
I had to play it cool for my niece that was sitting nextro me but I seriously did NOT want to go for round two...shocker this is my niece's favorite ride!!! Smh.....mines full throttle. And revolution.....lol

for me, I overestimated it. Its my first actual extreme coaster and i expected worse but ended up enjoying it right after the first blue drop ended.

Katty Koo why would you need over the shoulder harnesses if your gonna put your hands up anyway? That's what it was designed for anyway.
Just rode it for the first time, and you're right you can hold on to the handle or even the lap harness pad. it's a great ride and it really doesn't need a cumbersome shoulder harness at all

Katty Koo The whole point of the ride is ejector airtime. You wouldn't get ejector with OTSRs.

This is a super fun ride, its one my new favourites. But i wish there was a bar to hold on to.

Ugh that dude with his phone out got on my nerves thats how people get hurt on rides if the phone flew out of your hand while the coaster is moving fast it could injure someone behind you badly.
This ride is so dope man, not having anything to hold onto just makes you throw your hands up
Not me...I just went the other day with my niece...I had that seatbelts on TIGHT and I had one hand in the air at one point, and the other firmly grasping the metal rail next to my thigh...LOL and that was only after the second track on the lift hill...haha!! I learned to pull that seatbelt TIGHT..that made me feel MUCH more secure!! ♡♤

This is one ride I will not forget. I forgot I had my phone in my pocket and when it goes through the twists my phone slid out and I caught it 😂 I was definitely terrified!

This for me is the scariest ride at six flags, even scarier then the x2 which wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I think it's because I really felt I was going to be thrown from it a certain points just having that bar over my lap.
The scariest ride for me at six flags was lex Luther drop of doom. I was gonna pass out lol. I'm only 13 years old and went on it.

Really? I’ve never done “extreme roller coasters like this and I really enjoyed twisted. I rode x2 and it was absolutely terrifying to me.
It’s called airtime, when you sustain negative G forces you are experiencing airtime on a roller coaster
This ride is actually REALLY fun once you get on it a few more times, you get used to it! This was my first roller coaster, and my very favorite! I love the upside down time!

Gizzy G It was fun from the start. At least for me. The top gun stall and 0g roll were insane. The airtime hills and the triple down was amazing. Thank god they gave lap bars.

Just like I used to tell people that have never rode classic Colossus I highly recommend that you do.. and now I highly recommend you ride Twisted Colossus.
Put your phone away! This really bothers me - I'm sure he rode a few times before this was shot, but it's completely disrespectful to the park, other riders, and the viewers.
Loose articles can really hurt someone, especially since you're dueling another train! You're putting yourself in danger and many other riders.

Taylor is right. Imagine traveling at 50+ MPH and having a cell phone hit you in the face. It hurts bad enough when you drop a phone 3 feet to land on your face. Not to mention, having a phone or camera on ride without proper straps or mounts - and park permission is against park policy at all Six Flags parks. Phones and cameras should be in a pocket with a zipper or button, or not on your person at all.

The back is always my favorite on any ride, then have to do the front too. Back is the scariest to me cause it is so much rougher and feels like we are going to lift off the track! Love it though!
I really feel like this is the most thrilling ride at six flags. You feel like you are going to fly out the entire time, it's nuts.
I’m SUPER SCARED OF ROLLER COASTERS and I’m 12_______ and In my opinion for some reason this ride wasn’t scary the only things that DO scare me a bit is the fact there’s really nothing to hold on to during the ride,...and the DROP but it’s not that bad cause the drop lasts like 2 seconds SERIOUSLY 😒, AND IM REALLY SCARED OF ROLLER COASTER so please give it a go I literally rode it 4 times in a row. ITS NOT BAD ITS JUST FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my favorite rollercoaster it’s so intense. The first ride is the worst but after that I was able to put my hands up the second time and now I love it.

The only roller coaster I fear, are the ones with seats like that. I feel much safer with the ones that go over your shoulders.

You don’t need over the shoulder restraints. Lap bars keep you just as safe and give you more freedom.

Who is the fool with the phone in the front seat? That's almost a criminal activity. You could really injure someone if you dropped it. He should have been arrested , thrown out of the park, and never allowed to return. Seriously.
Haha reminds me of my first time on this. I kept yelling "jesus christ! Jesus fucking christ!" the whole time almost. I hate the painful drop and lack of headrest (almost got whiplash) but it's otherwise cool as f word
I just rode this ride about 2 hours ago and honestly fuck this ride. I dont get scared on rides and love amusement parks but thanks to this ride I now have PTSD. I literally felt my ass cheeks leave the seat and I'm not ok with that, especially with no shoulder harness. I felt so fuckin unsecure and legit thought I was gunna die. I am 31 years old and I cried.

Try not to have Steel Vengeance in mind when you go and you'll enjoy it much more. I believe this was one of the first, if not THE first RMC coaster redone like this, so all they've done is gotten more wicked as time goes on. Still a fantastic ride especially considering what this USED to be!
I’m so glad this ride has lap bars. OTSR’s hurt like a bitch, and would hurt on a ride like this. There’s so many airtime hills, and that’s why OTSR’s hurt a lot.
the show is the best thing on radio and for them to get fired, banned, or given disciplinary action is unlikely they have created a fan base that realizes and understands the act is not for the politically correct! I actually found the secret to me enjoying this coster more...SEATBELT!! I tightened that sucker until it moved no more..AND I gripped the side and that damn rope for dear life lol!!!!...I felt much better that by the second time around I had ONE hand in the air!! That's a win for me and TC imo..... as long my butt is firmly in my seat and I'm not feeling as if I'm going to topple of the ride to my doom..... IM GOOD!!! 😀

This ride scared me to death I WILL NEVER ride it again there’s nothing to hold on to you literally feel like your gonna fall outta your seat... I almost flipped out I miss the old ride this is way too much, even Batman feels safer than this cause of the shoulder straps
Jennifer Arsenault Thats the point. You feel weightless because of airtime, something that makes the ride less boring. Over the shoulder restraints (OTSR for short) would fucking ruin this ride. Its amazing as is. OTSR would fuck up your shoulders with the amount of airtime this ride has. Imagine getting ejector airtime and slamming your shoulders into the restraint. Not fun. Plus the head banging. Riddlers revenge is an example of a coaster with OTSR. You will bang the shit out of your head and ESPECIALLY your ears.

I love coasters but this one really does damage to u esp if ur over 50. It is totally scary that all there is holding u in is a lap bar. This was the last ride of the day for us n it literally took me about 45 mins to walk to the exit of the park.
But I'll def go on it again next time. Lol
