Very cool video. Next year after summer il begin my 4 year long apprenticeship (In Switzerland after obligatory school 9grade or at the age of ~16 you do a apprenticeship or you go to a “gymnasium”)as a aircraft mechanic/engineer at Zürich international airport. I really love aviation but I have never flown on a whide body nore I fly often in general 💀
I never checked the galley but I literally showed everything else. They served us a water bottle before the main meal which was clearly shown. No they didn’t serve a hot towel I haven’t had one on many flights/airlines post covid, so I’ve pretty much gotten used to there not being one.
Look, I was lucky enough to fly Swissair, Crossair, Balair/CTA, Tea Switzerland etc etc. About Swissair/Crossair 30 years ago, yes it was amazing (Salmon in coach between Zurich and London). But stories like that belong to the past worldwide. Swiss is like most arlines nowadays: ok in coach. And what I see here, is what I expect for such a flight. Business is not bad at all but there are better business. First...if I have enough money one day, I will tell you more about it. Thank you for the footage!!😮
I don’t think you have to worry much about the triple seven though I understand why you do. And even then, it’s the only Boeing aircraft in the Swiss fleet so you can always fly the A330 or A340 (while those are still here).
@@bulshokades They can change the plane. 2 years ago I booked LX8 ZRH-ORD, which I had to change to a different flight eventually for reasons. But during the time I had it, the aircraft was swapped from a 777 to an A340 then later to an A330, so yes they sometimes do (it may depend on the flight though, like the one I took in this video is always a 777). I don’t know if they notify you so if you get a ticket I would check your itinerary every so often.
@bulshokades Notifications concerning equipment changes are not common unless you've preserved seats that than need to be changed by the airline as well. But even than there's no guarantee for any advise until you check in. However, in addition penalty fees may apply on certain fares after tickets are issued. So better watch out as you 'll otherwise be trapped to fly on whatever aircraft they finally use on the date you're travelling or ending up paying insane fees to change your flight. Good luck!
3:30 I just found out it was HB-JHL, let's go!

Very proud on my home airline, greets from switzerland
The mention of the Terrance get me excited for my next visit to G.
They are planning on retrofitting the A330‘s once they get their first A350‘s sometime next year or 2026.
Oh ok. I forgot they were getting A350s, hope to take one of those sometime.

Everyone knowing good old Swissair (SR) from the past can just simply laugh about your glorification on Swiss.
Well good on you

Are they safe? With Boeing issue

@@K4Ediamond if I select a ticket that obviously is an Airbus can they switch it to Boeing without notifying me?!

I wouldn't recommend that flight with the leg space for anyone over 5'0 - yikes!!!!!!
Wasn't the worst I've seen but definitely too tight to be 32"...
