Wow! thank you guys so much for subscribing and supporting the channel! I didn't expect this much reception for this cinematic. I promise as soon as I'm done with work, I will start working on another cinematic for HELLDIVERS 2! I just encountered some delays with the project I'm working on and the heat in my country is my number one enemy right now, real life Hellmire, without the fire-tornadoes, well, the air is on fire, so I guess there's that lol. But I'm pretty sure the project will be done before the week is over. In the meantime, if ya'll are interested in joining, here's my discord server, it isn't that active much but there are some good people in there. discord.com/invite/7WDF77JDFb Once again, thank you so much for the love and support! it means a lot. ❤
Can I ask, how do you record and export in such high quality? I have a good system but can never get mine to look that clean! Bravo brother, that was beautiful.
I was going to comment this. Neat piece of cinematic, but it's missing the whole reason why the Mire is THE MIRE. Not enough fire tornadoes literally chasing you down, surrounding you, and trolling consoles and supplies for this to be remotely accurate. Nothing against the creator, it's just this was more of a Terminid cinematic than it was a Hellmire cinematic, but then again, I don't expect you to waste 15 minutes of a 40 minute mission being trapped on a rock while fire tornadoes box you in for footage.
Just found you by chance but what you did here is gold... Many people don't realize that this game doesn't need a campaign mode because every single player has his own story to tell... Every helldiver has his own dive to tell for democracy and liberty! 🗿
Especially dives when you work as a team, not just 4 random expendable dudes spread on whole map. When autocannon sentry guy knows to summon it on high point with clear view. When 3 helldivers are destroying fabricators/bugs and one other guys waits on evac zone to call evacuation asap so you won't wait When someone covers your retreat with gunfire When no one's panicking or rushing Yeah, with randoms it's so rare but beautiful when it happens
That's how I made some real life friends too. Playing with randoms, getting really in sync with each other. Becoming gaming friends then meeting in real life
Stuff like this makes me want a dedicated theater mode. Imagine being able to watch recordings of missions you've completed in which you can control the camera and watch the action from any angle. Not only would it be entertaining, but you could study what you and your teammates did in given situations to see how you could improve.
That would be a great idea! it will give more players the chance to create their own cinematics and share their own stories. It's the same way with Ready or Not, you could review the tactics of players and also the enemies to improve upon the next mission.
@@Sparks16I got this sick wall bang once while doing twisted nerve. Mag dumped a wall from outside the house after I heard some noise coming from it. Would've never known I had hit something if not for the replay.
@@Razumen This doesn't have to be the case. A playthrough is the same thing as playback. Even if things happen randomly, because we devs use seeded pseudo-random generators, we can re-enact discrete values through time. However with HD2 the real issue is that no one has complete information because the load is distributed over the clients, and also the physics is non-deterministic, and so while there is a technical possibility, I sincerely doubt this is economically feasible.
Hellmire has been my Malevelon Creek. My first 25 levels were spent fighting on hellmire, and whenever the major orders are under control I return for more. One day, mark my words...one day that planet will see liberty and democracy.
Thing I love the most about this game is just how effortlessly cinematic it is just in regular gameplay. Developers found a way to not sacrifice immersion to gameplay.
I remember when I first set my foot on Hellmire. At first I thought this would be like any other desert planet I've been to. Some dust storm here and there, but nothing too fancy. But then the storm began. I stood on a hill when it happened. I was simply amazed with this view. It looked like the atmosphere and the sky itself was on fire. Unrelenting bright yellow and orange glow. I was simply frozen at a sight of a phenomenon so beautiful yet so dangerous. Then the Capitan declared we need to be on the mouve and that fire tornados will soon start. And I didn't had to wait long for he's words to come true. And when I boarded the pelican last thing I did before the door closed was simply taking one last look at this hellscape... I've been regularly deploying there when I got a chance or needed a short break from automaton front. And one thing I learned on that world is that it has fully grown a name for itself. Hellmire... Seriously who the fuck wanted to colonise this pleace are they stupid or something?
It was such an underrated issue that got cranked up to 11 after they buffed fire damage. "You need stims and ammo and all those other goodies down there in that POI? HAHAHAHAH!!! Too bad! You're going to have to either wait 5 minutes for the fire tornadoes to be done or just risk it all for a 0 sum of stims!!" "You want to progress the mission by using the console? HEE HEE HEE HEE HEE! NOPE!!!! We're gonna spam fire tornadoes all over it and RNG start the next fire storm to go right after the last one is done so by the time the fire from the last tornadoes have extinguished the new tornadoes are camping the console. HAVE FUN SITTING AROUND FOR 10 MINUTES!!!!" And Malevelon Creek was the most difficult planet......okay. I don't like bots, but Malevelon Creek didn't actively hurt you or stall your mission every 8-15 minutes. It was the enemies, not the environment that would take half of your reinforcements at the beginning of the mission.
i was there during the hellmire campaign. we where sent to exterminate the bugs that had infested the planet but it wasn't the bugs that was the big challange, it was the fire. so much fire everywhere, the screams of those who where caught in the firey vortexs that dropped down from the sky. it was truly a fire hell
I pray this gets millions ot views so that you create more of these. This is by far the best cinematic I've seen for Helldivers 2. I hope the devs see this vid.
