There is a move the master short of miss it... when the red move up to threaten the cannon and soldier at 3:32, the cannon can shift left one step to threaten the car... When the red move up the horse to defend.. the black soldier will eat the red one... even if red shift the cannon by right one step, the situation is very different already and he can't get 1 free cannon like in the video.
There is a flawed in the move for 3:58 onward... the black centre cannon is not dead... Move the centre cannot to the left 2 steps to block. Yes the red will still move down and eat the black cannon, but red is in a extremely disadvantage once the black horse can jump down to the right to tackle the red horse. If red decided to eat the black cannon later den teh cannon will move to the extreme right to threaten the car and buy him some movement.
I would like to improve my game, are there any good ebooks or resources in Chinese or English I can find online? i can't seem to locate any good resource about opening strategies and what to look out for Thanks!

What is an opening flaw? Moves seem to be randomly declared so.
