At 7:30, the red root 2+6 trying to take the black pawn, yet black can root 5=3 take the red's pawn first and prevent the red from attacking. In this case, black didn't move any pieces of its left hand side, however, the red's root on the left hand side didn't move out as well, and black gaining two more pawns than red with an open root at center, can't say that the red has advantages in this scenario.

The black rook is pinned. If it moves to take the red pawn, then black cannon checks.
