Great video! Really enjoyed seeing your daily training sessions & lifts, along with your insight on the Tiempo, which I agree is quite something. Quick question, would you recommend them for attacking players as well? I'm a CAM, used to playing in Mercurials but looking to switch to something that accommodates my wider feet, which also (rather unfortunately) happen to be two different sizes.

I recommend people buy the boots that fit them the best REGARDLESS of what boots they are! The boots that fit you best will only allow you to play better and your feet to be healthy 🔥

Try refraining from keeping your arms down by your sides when moving or striking the ball. Best to have them bent at a 45° to 90° angle, with more engagement in shoulders.

I haven't had too many issues with lockdown mate! Especially with grip socks on 🤙🏼
Throw them on in a hot shower or sauna and walk around in them a while and they will conform

You need to get yourself the AG Pro variant. Especially since you play on AG a lot. The raised lip on the toe would help you with durability

@@Brixks512 the new AG pattern on the tiempo isn’t the best for natural grass. It can be used but I’d rather use FG on natural and AG on AG
I appreciate that mate! I really enjoy the FG pattern better, and I haven’t had any issues with it 😎 depending on my next contract I might invest in an AG pair, but we will see!

Hi mate! The FG version is the most widely sold version of the boot, and it's actually a bit difficult to find an AG version. I prefer the FGs either way, and I find them to be suitable on both FG and most AG pitches.
Great video!! the thing you pointed that usually, the football shoe soles wear out in 3g pitches. but, the brand said that it is MG or FG/AG shoes. then why do they usually wear out? also, i was thinking of buying a puma king platinum which is leather football shoes are these good for AG pitches or I should stay away from leather completely if i only play of AG pitches. i scared that it will wear out very quickly also, can i avoid sole separation problem?

Thank you mate! My guess is it totally depends on your play style, how often you wear your boots, and whether you drag your feet or toes at all when you play! Whatever the case, boots aren’t really meant to last as long as most people expect - and usually, the higher end boots actually last LESS time than the 2nd and 3rd tier boots because of how premium and soft the materials are. The Platinum 1 is an awesome pair of football boots, I’ve tried them on in a store before! The new generation is supposedly not very good, and I haven’t had a chance to review them. I’d recommend trying them on and if you find that they fit well, that’s perfect! They’ll be just fine on the artificial pitches for the most part.

They're great mate! I've worn mine almost exclusively on AG and they've held up really well. No issues with durability 🤝
I just bought a pair in Japan at Kamo. They have a different plate. The Japan releases have a HG plate, which is like halfway between AG and FG. It’s perfect.
Hey Noah. I used to wear T90’s and lazer’s. My feet have been getting bigger and wider over the years as I had a case of gout. Now my feet are super wide and I’m struggling so much to find a wide boot. They just don’t make wide boots anymore.
Is there any boot you could recommend that would be super wide with good heel support/lock. ?
I'd try a Morelia 2 or a Tiempo! Both those should be suitable for most foot types 🔥

Hey mate! Since it first happened, I haven't experienced any more separation at all - almost like that little part was predisposed to separation 🤔. Other than that, the boots have performed VERY well! I love them.
Which do you recommend for wide feet and high insteps, puma future z 2.3, nike tiempo legend 9 pro or predator edge .2?
I'd actually go with the New Balance 442 V2 ($130) over all those boots for your foot type! If I had to pick between these three though, I'd go with the Tiempo Legend 9 Pro!
do you believe these are an overall better boot than the copa pure .1? been using adidas for years but after my 3rd pair of speedflows are starting to breakdown am lookin into the tiempo line
That's a good question mate... I'm not too sure. I'd say the Copa has a much nicer fit and is more plush feeling, but the Tiempo seems to be the more durable out of the two 🤝

Not at all mate! A boot won't make you faster or slower - it's all about the sensation of speed. If you put a boot on and it feels faster, then great! Otherwise, I would focus more on your speed regardless of what boots you wear 🤙🏼🔥

I have been really torn between these and the phantom gts and I hope if u would help me pick one, I really want comfort and protection from getting stepped on and something that doesn’t constrict my feet too much and maybe something that holds up well overtime. Get both boots from a place with free return shipping. Try both on and ship back the one that you don't want. If you have a wider foot you'll want the tiempos.

hi bro, i used to wear tiempo legend 7 size 40.5 and in this size it feels narrow on the side, i heard tiempo legend 9 is wider on the forefoot, do you think i should go up size or stick to the actual size. Thanks
With the Tiempo Legend 9 I always recommend people go true to size first - as far as Nike boots go, they fit really well when I went for my usual size 9US (42.5 I believe).
I've crazy wide flat feet. I normally take a 9 in street shoes. I have these in a 8. I measure 8. They are perfect, they stretch and fit. Try em on with really thin socks, it will give you an idea how they will feel after break in.
Get your feet measured with a brannock device and go true to size.

Is this boot light on the feet or is it more of a heavier boot than normal ?
These feel really great on feet! I find them to be lighter than a predator or copa sense, but slightly heavier than a vapor, speedflow, or ultra! They're the perfect medium in my opinion.

Have played in them for a few training games and trainings i really like them what I liked the most about it was the fact they was so light I used the tiempo 8s before and these are much lighter

But I find that they don’t fit my feet so well because I have really narrow feet but if you have medium to wide feet they will fit amazingly.

The academy boot is supposedly a proper quality pair of football boots. Unless you're completely set on the top model! I also haven't had a chance to try on or review them, so I can't give you a definitive answer unfortunately!

These are definitely suitable for most foot types, but if you want a dedicated slim fitting shoe, I'd recommend the Vapor 14 elite, Mizuno Morelia Neo 3 Beta, or the Puma Ultra 1.4 🤝

@@NoahCavanaugh Well, the tiempo are pretty much the only option I have bc they offer a size 15 option, and the new balance boots don't offer this size, so I mostly have the tiempos a choice or I could get the copa mundials but too pricey in my size.
