Thanks kevin for sharing your video on painting blue gill. Both the crappie and the blue gill have really help in guiding a new fish taxidermist in a very helpful way. Please continue to make and share your knowledge and skills in fish taxidermy

Thanks so much for the video, I really enjoy them. Would you be willing to make a video of the tools and settings and such that you use? Or that you would recommend? I’m on the fence of trying to do some for myself to see if I like it.
Thanks for watching and I'll try to add more details as I go

Can you do some videos on the airbrushes you use and why? Thanks for all your videos. You are a Master at the craft
Possibly, thanks for the suggestion and thanks for watching
Were do you get your replica bases?
I make most of them myself. Thanks for asking and for watching!
What type or model air brush is that? Do you have any recommendations for one? Also when you order the replica fish is it easier for beginners to have the fins installed already or do yourself as shown in some of your videos? I also was curious when you have your base colors to your liking do you spray a clear coat each time so it doesn't smear and then you keep on painting? Or do you just give it time to dry? Thanks.
I've always liked the badger renegade although there are many that work as well. I also install my own fins to get them positioned as I like. And I only spray a seal coat after using the candy colors so they don't bleed through later. Thanks for watching!
Do you ever teach classes?
No, I'm retired now. Producing these videos are just something that I currently enjoy doing. Thanks for watching
