Yes wheat is enough for fermentation instead of wheat you can add rice and raagi also If you add yeast the time of wine yield fast,more strong and similar to alcohol so I don’t use yeast
There is not much difference when using yeast or wheat unless yeast take less time to fermented. There’s nothing wrong in adding the sugar at the end but for the tastewise I added in the beginning
The longer the fermentation process takes, the more sugar is converted into alcohol, so wine ಮಾಡಿದ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಕುಡಿದ್ರೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಅನ್ನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ , Actually wine ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ತುಂಬ ತಿಂಗಳು or ವರುಷಗಳು store ಮಾಡಿ ಕುಡಿಯುವಂತಹದ್ದು
