@@Redstripe921 look up Anne Novak, her videos are lovely, so is Maya Fiennes. I also love this one. She only did a few videos but I love the set and energy of this one : ruclips.net/video/vwpm0F8L820/видео.html
I love this video so much and do it quite regularly. The sounds of the birds, the glow of the light in the trees, your radiant smile - so beautiful!!! Thank you!
Wow amazing ! No adds, great picture, great sound, a calming flowing with simple movements and you even mentioned which materials are needed in the description ! 10/10 ! Sat nam... (Only thing you might have missed was to mention to move with caution if you are prone to injury, because some of the movements can be quite fast especially the ones involving neck/head movements)
Hello was it the benefits of having the kundalini active ? to not having it activated ? I had my awakening in 2017, and only go to a few a classes a year and only do the DhyaanGuru Dr. Nipun Aggarwal kundalini mediations once in a while I always feel good after both. thanks peace and love.
Kundalini yoga is sneaky, lol. You move so much energy and air, the movement is so good for the spine and it can work miracles while you're having fun and feeling so relaxed. That's what prompted me to complete teachers training ages ago, I wanted to know more about it.
@@boyzrulethawld1 kundalini yoga absolutely can and will give you greater flexibility over time. But that is also connected to hydration, inflammation and even your emotional and mental state. The body holds tension and emotions for us, the use of breathwork, movement and gentle stretches can release those and the muscles will find their flexibility. Yin Yoga, which you can find on yt by Bernie Clark, is also a great way to approach flexibility and relaxation. It's deceptively simple and so intense. I practice many forms of yoga and these are two of my favorites. I teach kundalini and might study to teach yin one day as well.
I truly enjoyed doing this short sweet Kriya this morning. I would like to leave a language lesson for you: People lie down and people lay books down. I will lie down on my yoga mat. I will lay my yoga mat on the tree trunk. peace
Lay is also past tense for lie. People confuse the two often and it is a bit more confusing than just direct object versus indirect. grammarist.com/usage/lay-lie/
Hi, I really like your yoga kriya’s, I only really do not like the commercials in even a 15 minute video 2x, it completely disturbs the flow and the exercise, I hope you understand, I am sure I am not the only one…. You might not be even aware of this?
When I’m wanting a tried and true kriya, I always come back to this one. Love, love, love it.
When I’m pressed for time in my daily Kundalini yoga practice, I return to this simple kriya, again and again
I just wanted to let you know I've used this video many times-- it's one of my favorite kundalini yoga videos out there. Thank you!
Which other are your favorites ?

Thanks a lot for your comprehensive answer Madeleine. Does it significantly change your body flexibility over time? @Madeleine Grayson

@Kristen MacPherson, is there anywhere that the chants are written down so I can learn them?
BElisaB1958 I think if you go on to spirit voyage web site you will find the words of the chants
