    If pi goes on forever, making a song with pi has every song ever made, and ever will be made.

    • @yesmadlol9124
      @yesmadlol9124 4 года назад +221

      Dalton Weickert it could still go on forever by going 12121 or something of that sort. Even though one of the reasons pi is so interested is because it doesn’t repeat, that doesn’t mean that every single combinations of number happens

    • @Coconut_Cola

      Or even one where Unicorns are in Zoos, and nobody believes in the long neck spotted horse they call “Giraffe.”

      “Yourself” might be looking at “You” reading this at this moment, from another planet although it’s a copy world where you are doing the exact thing, at the exact time. Some from the comfort of their Kitchen, some from their bedroom, some with what we call superpowers, and some with Phones or TV’s.

    • @Coconut_Cola
      @Coconut_Cola 4 года назад +15

      Looks like one of my comments was deleted. Oh well, the basics of it were, with infinite worlds, we couldn’t walk because infinity would take up too much space, meaning our planets must be technically countable, there comes copies of worlds, some exact, some nearly identical, like you being Walt Disney. Or ones where Colonel Sanders started Starbucks. Or I’m Ford Prefect, and this is me trying to reach Arthur Dent to show him the bizarre world.

    • @nuggetoftruth865
      @nuggetoftruth865 4 года назад +74

      @@yesmadlol9124 Not quite true. Pi is an irrational number, meaning it will never form a reliable pattern like the 12121 example you gave. Non-repeating doesn't just include a full repetition of all the digits, just an infinitely repeating section of the digits. This means that the number 8.684367548548548548..., although the whole sequence is not repeated, still repeats the series 548 at the end, and therefore can be expressed in a ratio and is rational. Pi is irrational, meaning that there will never be an infinite repetition like that, and so Dalton Weickert is correct in some form. The area in which he is wrong is that pi has 10 digits, 0-9. Our scale has 12 semitones, meaning that there are 2 tones that are never heard and therefore any songs containing those notes will never be played.

      "It is stupid". That statement is absolutely right. Doing something with numbers, it is a good exsercise for the brain, exactly likr Sudoku, but, my god ... this music is boring, it is artificial. It can be created by a computer. There is no soul, mo emotion. it don't tell you a story, it no creates an imagine. It is only a series of notes with harmonization, but these notes are not coming from the heart. it is a math matter. Somebody can say that also Bach is math. Wrong. Bach is music and math can be apply to Bach music. Pi music is the opposite: is music apply to math. End of story. I can listen to Bach for hours and hours. Pi music is annoying after 15 seconds. Excuse my english. I'm italiano. Ciao.

      @@maryjoycetanhueco4960 I know you might be joking but honestly what the OP meant was that there is no repeating pattern that you can find in π.

      @Sai Sasank π can be compared to progressive metal, probably. As you said it has some local repeating numbers but not a repeating pattern. That should be the base structure of a progressive metal song.

    Beauriful...👏👏👏 Possibly Even Healing. In short "I feel something" beyond excited energy.
    A suggestion please:
    Using your 'method', create a program that will 'faithfully reproduce" your discovery to continue for a digitally recorded cd lasting 3hr and 14min.
    I will be the first to purchase your product and play it continuously in my home.
    IMO,
    IF that doesnot intrigue you, perhaps you've run the course of your curiosity..??
    😉

    I love how many songs include the Fibonacci sequence, I think a good example is Under Pressure by David Bowie and Queen
