Jaw dropping is how I would refer to your Music Room. Your tours are always exceptional. Love your variety of gear too. I noticed a silver/black Luxman cassette deck. If you do go forward with an SACD player (like I did recently) do your research and take your time. There are hybrid and single-layer SACDs and with my Sony from 2008 I found out it doesn’t read the SACD layer on some hybrid discs. I would recommend you watch a vid called “Super Audio CD - worth it in 2018?” on a channel called Modern Classics. His vid is very good👍
Ha Ha! Thanks man! Yeah, I'm happiest when I'm in record stores so I just had to ask myself...why don't you live in a record store then? Had to make it come true lol.
"We're not worthy! We're not worthy!" Is the thing that comes to mind seeing all this B. IF and WHEN I get my own space, I may need some of your design tips and tricks!
Your walls are like a museum, very i,pressure. Love your record cabinets and organization, it takes some room to do that but you always make it work. Thanks for the tour
The music room is absolutely impressive. Immaculate and organize! I love the Van Halen wall and the Kiss bathroom. You've really outdone yourself with this one, Brandon.
Young Man...you never disappoint! I have watch all your room tour videos and I am always amazed of your set up! This room is simply amzing! WOW!!!!! I would never leave that room if it was in my house!
Hello- First time viewer here! My name is Mike. I came across your video when searching for music rooms and all I can say is WOW! This was amazing. I absolutely loved it. Especially all of the metal and hard rock 🤘🏻. Fantastic job. I just subscribed and can’t wait to check out more of your videos.
Thanks so much my friend! Truly appreciate it and thanks for stopping by. Yeah, this is my little music world lol. Actually, if you look at my channel I recently did an 2023 updated tour just a few videos ago. A few changes since this one. Again, thanks for subbing! \m/
When I have a dedicated listening room someday I will be borrowing some ideas from your room tours. Impressive as always. When you got the go-gos and debbie Gibson on one wall and godsmack right above them.. that's the sign of a true music lover!
Killer room tour ! I’m completely blown away! Our organization is the complete opposite but they both work for each of us!! Truly an amazing collection and systems!!👍🤘🤘
Are you kidding me?! I’ve never seen anything like this. Your room is amazing. I can’t even say enough about this. I feel the same way about autographs. I only want them if they were made out to me. Are you the ceo of some major corporation? 😁 This would cost a fortune. So many cool posters too. The one that really stuck out was that Son House. That looks fantastic.
Ha Ha!! Thanks my friend. Glad you dig it. This is totally the place that puts me at ease. Funny thing is I haven't spent a TON of money on stuff because frankly...I don't have a ton lol. What money I do spend is usually on music. I don't drink, don't buy the newest style jeans each year, etc. Really only spend money on some traveling, bills, and my music world. One thing is I was very fortunate to become an insane, addicted collector a good 10+ years before the resurgence so many of the albums in my collection, especially grails, were picked up back when vinyl was dirt cheap. I mean that Van Halen Balance you saw on the wall...I paid $19.99 for...and about 10-12 years ago I remember thinking that was almost too much to pay for that record lol. OG Stone Temple Pilot's Purple - $10, OG Nine Inch Nails Pretty Hate Machine - $5 lol. So many of the albums today that are $15 or $20 albums were REGULARS in teh dollar bins just 10+ years ago. Everywhere I traveled I would local record stores. Walk in with $40 and come out with 28 FANTASTIC records that would cost 100s of dollars today to get. I just bought and bought music over my lifetime and never got rid of it where as most people went through huge purges at some point in their life through high school, college, etc. It also helps that I have worked one or two days a week at a record store (strictly for store credit) for past 3 years or so which has certainly allowed me to pick up 100s of lps without spending money. This freakn' hobby is to expensive so you gotta come up with creative ways to fund it IMO. Thanks so much for watching \m/
Peace man... re: the carts, that's the exact overview I've given when asked. I was running a 2M red and 2M blue on separate decks, but I sold both to downsize and let the red go. Now I interchange an MP-110 with the blue on one deck. The MP-110 needed some break- in but it's getting there. My one issue with the blue is that I find it weak on the low end. Cool space... stay solid.
Brandon, your collection never ceases to amaze me. Just how much stuff you have amassed over the your collecting years just blows me away. Everything is just so well ordered and taken care of, the way a true record collector, like yourself, should handle things. Watching your videos has inspired me to put more care into my collection….Keep up the good work dude. Garrett
Thanks G! Truly appreciate that! If I have done anything to share some new views on collecting with people it just means the world to me because I have been influenced by so many myself here in the VC. Take care my friend \m/

Like I said...about 80% done LOL Haven't gotten the Funko Pops and a few other thing set up yet, but they will be in that back corner where you saw the mess lol. I'll try to do an update when I truly get the room complete. Gotta have my Funkos lol \m/
if I could afford to, I would pay you to make collection updates on a daily basis. One of the most impressive personal collections I have EVER seen, but the most awesome thing is the VAST diversity of musical genres. I am sure you are like me when you hit a music store: eternal bliss and being your happy place!!! Keep educating the viewers on your musical interests, collections and history of the artist release. CHEERS!!
Thanks so much my friend....and I could not agree with you more. A music store is eternal bliss. Honestly it is one of the primary reasons I focus on trying to make my music spaces look like a record stores. Who wouldn't want to live life each day is "bliss"? LOL
Love your room tours over the years Brandon it gets better and better this definitely tops in my book outstanding brother. Love the turntables especially that JVC turntable . The vinyl bin definitely give you that music store feel and the wall records feature smoking man you collection is awesome even those box sets . I watched this 2 times where did you find this artist pictures man those are so cool that was a great touch to the room . I really enjoyed it Brandon take care. Lovellandrew
LA! Thanks for stopping by my friend. Glad you dug it. If you are talking about the Coltrane and Ornette Coleman pictures in the office...my friend who is a photographer did those. She simple took pictures of the cover and blew them up. She does awesome work. She actually did those two, the Metal Evolution one over the metal section, and the label one over he R&B section.
Thanks for sharing your new room tour with us. Tara, Sarah, Luis and I can't wait to see everything in person. Oh yeah, Will and Noah might enjoy it as well. LOL ;) The VH wall turned out great!! Remind me to ask you about your thoughts on speaker wire risers.Snake oil, or can you really notice any difference? Not sure if you've ever done a video on subtle little additions like this to a more advanced setup, but if not, you might want to think about it because a lot of us are curious and likely have many questions.
Oh yeah. Maybe Sunday on the weekend before record store day. Everyone could come by after the shop closes, we can have some food ordered in, and just spin and hang. Or, I guess we could do a Saturday too. Just a tad later since we couldn't leave until 7. Let me know if that Sunday works for you and if so I we can group text the gang and see. On the wire/cable risers...I have heard some people say it makes a bit of difference, but for me I didn't get them for that. Honestly I just like the way they helped me keep my cables organized and looking neater. This is why I bought these off of ebay for like $3 piece instead of buying one made by these different audiophile companies that try to charge you $80 for 4 small blocks of wood LOL. I had a guy tell me something once that really stuck with me and made a lot of since. He said very rarely does changing one cable or adding wire risers make some gigantic difference. He said what you find is as you improve different pieces of your system/set up that eventually multiple changes come together and give you "One" big difference. One thing I forgot to point out in the video is that put damping pad under each component in my system including my cd player and amp (Got those are Rich's) and I put the rubber ball dampening pieces on the bottom of each leg of the stands you see. So between getting the 2m Blue, The dampening, and new RCA...yes I have notice an tremendous upgrade in sound. :)
