- Manny Pacquiao is on fire and he drills the heavy bag with powerful punches. he did three heavy bag session and still wants more. Manny Pacquiao is training for his fight with Keith Thurman. The fight will be happening on the 20th of July at the MGM Grand, in Las Vegas Nevada.

I think the speed is still the same. What's changing is the respond time and reflexes. Same number of punch can be launch, but the responds to counter and reflexes to hit open shot (punch) is not the same
