this has got to be the most funniest romcom fails i've ever watched that made ryuji's plan backfire and help him play cupid inadvertently for yuto,his lackey! 🤣 i'm so digging the new art style despite being 8 months old. i didn't think ryuji here was this chill and cool for a change while taking his loss with grace. that's so rare here.

That's a lot of unexpected twist. The roles of Yuto and Ryuji got reversed and made Ryuji become a cupid. Suprisingly, Maika accepts Yuto's going out for Karaoke. I didn't expect that Ryuji is still cool with Yuto and supports them instead in the end. And of course. What would I expect from our mighty Yuto Tanaka? Our always a secretly OP MC.

I loved how understanding Maika was, though understanding may be the wrong word. I'd love to see Yuto tell her why he suddenly mustered up the courage to invite her to karaoke, though I don't think she'd care all that much. I loved seeing as things just backfire for Ryuji, although I don't particularly dislike him. Ryuji seems like a good guy just a little misguided. Glad that he was able to move on pretty quickly, and didn't take that shove to heart, I just hope he doesn't try any shenanigans on anyone else. Really loved the art style, and especially Yuto's design. Maika was very cute, loved watching her reactions. Top tier story

The way this happened, is that Ryuji wanted Yuto to look bad to make himself look better, but I assume he meant in a weirder, more creepy way, since that would’ve been the most off-putting to the girl. However, Yuto ended up playing it in simply more of an introverted, awkward way. Girl found this way of acting to be cute and took a liking, backfiring on Ryuji. It didn’t help that Ryuji obviously wasn’t paying attention to what was going on, and acted like Yuto was acting creepy as the plan intended, making himself look bad when he didn’t need to. Man stayed losing 💀

Man, Ryuji really got the rug pulled out from under him and he became the bad guy here. But he did allow for Yuto and Maika to get together, so he at least played their cupid, and as advertisement for Yuto being a good guy to Maika.
Hopefully soon Yuto can man up and make the moves on Maika, but that might just make Maika go even further in order to tease Yuto. He really got a great relationship with Maika, even if it's full of teasing.
