This story makes me wonder. WHAT IF the other girl in the blind date has serious interest in Yuto while Manami is trying to make him fall for her, the story would be so different that might ended up either love triangle or one of them will get chosen depending if Manami would be interested in anime just like this story. It will be interesting.

Popular girls, of course are accustomed to being "popular". So when they meet a guy that's indifference to their existence, then that guy becomes a challenge to her and she wants to know why he won't acknowledge her.

It's great seeing Manami become more humble as the story went on, going fro originally wanting to just be the center of attention and trying to get Yuto to fall in love wity her, to her genuinely loving anime after looking into it trying to get closer to him. And as a result she fell in love with him and now enjoys anime like he does. Now all that needs to happen is for Yuto to notice Manami's feelings for him and hopefully reciprocate them so they can be together.
Yuto Tanaka, the gigachad turning a popular model into an otaku.
And making her fall for him simply by getting her so invested in his interests.
While yes her original goals were shallow, she realized that and enjoyed how the goal had pushed her down a path of self-improvement
Whether or not they get together is up in the air and I'd be fine either way.

Ah yes. The FMC being loved and adored by all men but doesn’t seem to get MC’s attention and he’s not interested in her so she becomes very prideful and makes it her mission to get the Mc to fall for her. She was really desperate to get Yuto’s attention. But it was great that she decided to learn about anime and get to know Yuto. Yuto’s a chad for ignoring a popular actress. I don’t think they got together in the end which is good because most times MC always ends up girls like her wanting to seek attention from one guy despite getting attention from all other guys

I like manami character arc at first she was a girl who thought she was so perfect she could get any guy to fall in love with her then she met yuto who didn't act like the other guys and basically ignored her, her pride got hurt so she wanted to get him to fall in love with her but her plan backfired when she started liking the same anime as yuto and over time fell in love with him and now her personality has changed now hopefully one day yuto will see her feelings of him and they become a couple hopefully in a part 2?

A little too Manami focused , things could have gone a totally different way easily if she wasn't a main character beforehand.

It's nice that Manami took the time to get to know Yuto and that she actually got hooked onto anime because of him and even though she wanted him to fall in love with her because she didn't want to lose at first she completely fell head over heels for him instead and really improved her career and her personality for the better here's to hoping that one day he notices her feelings towards him.🥰
Manami thought she was a popular actress so she can get any guy but Yuto was the only guy who didn’t seem interested in her and it made her angry. Ngl I enjoy these kinds of stories. FMC is adored by all guys in school and realizes only one guy (the MC) is not interested in her and hasn’t looked her and her pride becomes hurt so she decides to make the Mc fall for him and dump him. I hope we get a story where the MC doesn’t end up in a relationship with the attention seeking girl from all guys

After the last line she said ( "I'm going to get him someday!" ), I don't think she really loves him. In my opinion, she's doing all that because she felt offended that a serious and kind guy like him "didn't tremble" while he was talking to her...and for that, she wants to make HIM pay dearly...
Honestly, if it had to be like that, I wouldn't be surprised if the MC had to "refuse" her flirting...
I wouldn't mind a sequel.
this story reminds me of other mc's ignoring the fmc and goes outta their way to date them as a sign of "revenge" for being rejected. this art style looks new to me and this mc's voice sounds familiar like pro but some echos occur. the music here gets to me here as the ending bit reminds me of super mario sunnshine.
