- I bought an ex Caterham Academy Car! This is the beginning of my journey in to racing. It has been a life long dream of mine to go racing and this little Caterham is going to be the first tool to make that happen. It is an ex Caterham Academy car, with a 1.6ltr K-Series engine. 125bhp and only weighing just over a tonne this little road legal racing car is going to be a hoot. It is in roadsport spec so has antiroll bars, uprated suspension, a wider track and sticky tyres. I have a lot planned for the car. It is going to wrapped, the cage and suspension are going to be stripped back and re painted. The livery is a work in progress and need to be recognisable for all the track days and filming we are going to be doing. This is the start of many adventures to come, including a full proper Motorflix film so make sure you like and SUBSCRIBE.

Wondering how it passed with stick on number plate or did you change it.
I have another that attaches under the seven on the front, but didn't take the stick on one off as it would damage the nose cone and I am having it removed professionally when the car is wrapped. 👍🏻
@@Motorflix It's a shame they won't allow it as the number plate on the nose even low down spoils the look of the car, enjoy your project.
It also makes it too low at the front to get down my lane/drive. 🤣🙄
