Beautiful video, all suffering comes from the egos mind made self , we are not that , we are not our thoughts we are pure consciousness , we are the awareness of our thoughts ,love is our true nature, two weeks before open heart surgery the mind fell silent, now I live in the present moment , what a joy it is ,separation is an illusion , sending you all so much love 🙏💜🧘♀️

This meditation isn't very different from what I learned in my dream teacher training several years ago - connecting the energy from Sun and from the Earth in our heart chakra. Literally including the same words such as "a fine mist"! It's a great reminder that I know much more than I realise, and moreover, to pick up this beautiful meditation again. Thank you both!!

Thank you for this video. I rarely hear about yin and yang energy and it reminds me just how important it is. I see so much unbalance of that in this world. So many people don't seem to be balanced. I think I myself have become more balanced over the years. As a young woman I think I was too ying.

Mercury is in retrograde. They say communication will be it’s all about communication and when it’s in retrograde, we have to some of the words wrong come out right or whatever like you’re saying so that’s what I think it is also❤❤❤

Tell me, please, do you think our chakras will all align fully and become one white light through the center of us (as depicted by the gold energetic stream in this video) as stated by a few other teachers' to which I've listened? This submergence of chakras, according to some, is when you are fully aligned.
Suzanne when you look up and to the left, do you feel that connection more purely? Because honestly I feel I see it more clearly when I do, which causes a greater feeling of awe within compared to just looking up. Just wondering if you have any thoughts on this. Makes me think of that saying, believing is seeing.

Just lost my eldest sister Gayle 71 and my baby sister Tonya 58 and my 13 year old sheepdog Bear. Just since Feb 5th and March 27 2023. Lost.
