I understand that so well, Harry, as I hear it from many (and I've had those thoughts, too, upon occasion). We are both human AND soul. Our souls return for the experiences, and make no judgments as to whether those are good or bad. They simply are. When I was a kid I fell off the monkey bars of a swing set and hit my head on the lower rungs, I landed face down in the sand, I was hurt badly, couldn't move or breathe, as I was suffocating I popped out of my body. And a woman in a long flowing dress took me and told me it was my choice to go with her or continue my life, not wanting to experience the pain I was in I choose to leave, she showed me how leaving would effect my mother for her entire life. So I choose to stay then was told my life would be very difficult and traumatic but they would always be with me. I still feel to this day 40 years later that I was manipulated to choose to stay. The fact that they have just been watching me suffer is no comfort at all. I feel that lady tricked me and it's very upsetting I'd define more as evil not Loving at all.

I do think there are a lot of us here who are going through some tough times that we didn't necessarily sign up for.

I’ve always had an interest and belief in the spiritual side of things however it became more when my wife died suddenly and unexpectedly last August. With music it depends on the person. I listen to all genres of music but metal helps me to feel the most balanced. I'm not talking about simplistic popular metal, I'm talking about complex metal which is too deep for many to understand. It is definitely the most spiritual music for me, and when I listen I feel nothing but love.
Music, definitely! My dog sent me "All I want for xmas is you" by Vince Vance every year. I never heard of this song, but I knew "by heart" it was from her the first time I heard it on the radio. And when I had a car accident, I wasn't able to listen to it on the radio, I turned to RUclips. One day I finally watched the entire video. Well, all she wanted for xmas was....a white little dog!!! This year, I asked if she was around on my cat's surgery day,please send me our song. After I dropped off my cat, this song was on the radio, for the first time of this xmas.^^

How many guides are we given? I had very bad seizures when I was a teenager and 3 times coming out or waking up in my father's arms at the kitchen table. I saw 3 beautiful spirits of my then passed away Uncle, grandmother and friend. They were so healthy looking and beautiful and in light blue robes. The 3rd time i told them in my head that I was going to be fine and I wasn't ready to go. I'm in my 50s now and haven't seen them again.
What a beautiful experience to have. I hope you continue to take comfort from it. That you've not seen them again doesn't mean they're not there. Our guides and loved ones are with us every step of the way. The body is the most effective veil! And yet at times the veil parts and, as you experienced, they are just right there. Waiting. It is lovely to know that we are always surrounded by love and cherished by those in spirit.
I have always wonder why this happened to me, and for almost 15 years I still don't have a clue and what it means can you help me understand this connection with angles please...as it would mean so much to me and others. Well, it all started with a Reiki session, I really didn't know what to expect? So, I didn't expect anything just lay there while Terry laid her hands on different part of my body. It seemed to be mainly around the head area and moving down around the bottom of the spine. She would lay her hands there for some time, as I had forgot how long I was even on the table, but it did seem like an hour. After the session, I drove home around 9:30pm in the evening, and had something to eat. Started working on a project which took me into the wee hours of the morning, as I had to get the project completed, which I did and so I was happy and full of energy. I didn't feel tired, But the eyes where sore and I think that it must have been sometime after 2am when I put my head on the pillow, and then the fun started with a light show.
I hope, I can recreate the picture for you, but if you have never taken mushroom/acid, you might not understand or visualize where I am coming from and you might be thinking that he is still on those mushrooms. It has been many years since I have part taken.
A vision started when I closed my eyes, I was in a large dark open area I could not see the back of my eye lids like normal. I could see into space, but there was nothing there meaning no stars nothing just complete darkness and at the same time there was 3 kinds of colorful images passing right in front of me, very bright colors with patterns of paisley. So, I opened my eyes and figured I was hallucinating, as all the images where still there in front of me. Now they were in the bedroom, I had only been in bed for about 5 minutes when all this started to happen, and the cool part was all these images where in 3D. I could reach out and touch them.
But I couldn't feel anything, my eyes where still opened and the images started to change, they formed a bright golden colored ball. This ball turned into a huge fire ball blast like you would see in a movie, but it was not hot and in this fire. There was a huge battle going to take place with two armies facing each other on a battle field. I could see men with mythical creature’s standing side by side in ready to fight a war. This battle image was fading quickly, but the whole image of the fireball with still intense graphically, as the images where very strong.
The fireball then started to change into a flock of birds wings, just wings and no birds bodies, no feathers just wings and they were all coming right at me, hundreds of wings beating towards me and not a single sound could be hear. All I could see was an outline wings beating/flying. These wings were getting larger and there were lots of them. The picture I can see in front of me is a white ball of fire, which’s not hot or scary. The battle is still there at the bottom of the fireball and the beating wings. As I lay there looking at this ball of white fire a though entered my head and it said angle. The next image to appear was a silhouette of an angle wings, then a shadow of a person with wings appeared.
The angle was a hazy bright white color, not so bright that you couldn’t look as it was a very soft bright color. The angle came of the fire and came beside my bed. I held out my arm and the angle touched my hand, and it felt like a soft gentle energy on my hand. I didn't say anything to it as my mind was completely blank, but I felt safe and warm.
The angle did a backflip on me, and I remember feeling like we were free falling through the sky. Next thing I remember was waking up in my bedroom in time to go to work. On the way to work I called Terry and told her about my experience, and she said the in the 30 years she has been doing Reiki, nobody has every shared those experiences as I had that morning. Since then other things have happened to me, and I have been going to Indian on and off over the past 10 years in search of an answer to my experience. But nothing has been found, only more questions have come and no answers.
Hi Katie, I understand that many people have questions about these things. When I first connected with Sanaya, I was given a particular mission, which was to reach as many people as possible with the wonderful news that we don't die and we are more than human. I doubt one person is more gifted than another.... probably we can all achieve connection to spirit. We need to clear ourselves of blocking energy, fear, grief, disbelief, self criticism. Come at your practice with love for EVERYONE (even those different then you, color, ethnic, social status, age, politically). Volunteer. heck even start a convo with someone you wouldn't otherwise, but ask your guides to speak from love thru you. When you channel GOD's love, you abandon your story, judgement, self-importance. You speak less and just listen! To your heart and the person you commune with knowing that GOD has you both in HIS hand. When u give more of yourself to others, spirit shares more with you.

My brain kinda implodes as it says “ I thought you wanted to go higher?” How can you go deeper if you want to go higher? I’m so impatient with myself. My mother-in-law just passed in Sept and all of her family can’t stand one another right now. I have been a doormat for a while and now that I’m allowing boundaries, I don’t feel love, I just feel anger and frustration. I know that I’m supposed to love and be of service. I love them from a distance, but not when they are in my presence! I don’t want to be with them for Thanksgiving. What do you say?
I say start by being gentle with yourself. Accept that these are human feelings arising, and while we KNOW we are far more than human, we do right now live in these human suits. Allow what comes up to simply be. Take a breath, watch that feeling, allow it to dissipate as it will. It is okay to not want to be around chaos and discord. You are *supposed* to feel the way you feel, and while you are doing that, realize that there is ALWAYS at your core a place of silence and peace that you can access. Wishing you well.
Personally I don’t ask for evidence because the information I receive is evidence in itself without asking for proof. In my heart I would not ask for evidence. I trust and have faith in truth and love. I do not doubt. Mostly there is light and love, which is self-evident, so no proof is necessary. Where there is darkness or chasm, I see the solution drawn like chalk on a blackboard - the prototype of what is to be, what shall come.
So bummed that Suzanne is told not to address the UFO topic 🤔😔 It is such a topic of great interest. If it is just from the dark side, then we could benefit from knowing that. Maybe that should be our assumption if it doesn't fit in the love, stick to love theme.

There is someone saying that we shouldn’t go towards the ‘light’ under any circumstance, as it leads to bardo states and hollow earths, where we are cohersed into reincarnating again. And that instead, we should ask to be taken to the higher densities which are higher level earths, very much like this one, but magical.I can give more Information if needed about this popular RUclipsr, but would like your take on this please. He sort of says that most mediums are working from these bardo hollow earth states and many of deceased humans end up in these places. It is all very confusing. He says he is mental synching with all these magical beings, arc angels, and alien races, and he lets them answer questions through his face book group and we can all mentally synch with all of these guides, higher beings and alien races too, who will validate all of this. Some of the stuff he has put on his face book group is very hard to digest, but could it be true? Please give your views as I deeply trust you and your guides. Thank you Suzanne x
I encourage everyone I work with and explore all aspects of spirituality and teaching and then to sit in the silence, asking to set aside any fear or preconceived notions, and to ask for guidance from their loved ones and guides to determine what resonates. What I know without doubt is that the essential nature of the Universe is Love, that we are all safe and protected, no matter what. The "bardo state" originated with Tibetan Buddhism. It has always seemed a bit similar to the church's concept of purgatory. This is not what I teach, nor is it what I have directly experienced with higher beings. Please do find what resonates for you. We *can* connect with all beings, it's true. What I am assured of, and what I have experienced directly, is that in the pure Love reality that is our true essence, there is no higher or lower state of being. It's just Joy. Just Love. All is well, always. And YOU are so very loved.

Melody, Sanaya has told us repeatedly that the fabric of the universe is Love. What deviates from that are thought forms and our human conditioning, which includes a lot of fear. Thought forms can be terrifying! It's true. Example, Many people are imbued with a deeply rooted fear of death ~ and yet we don't die. The *thought* is very powerful, but it is not reality. We continue after the last breath. Our souls can never be harmed. At the highest level, we are always safe and sound, held in a love beyond anything we can imagine.
@@SuzanneGiesemann Like you, UFOs aren't in my spiritual wheelhouse. We all have the things that we resonate best with and those topics that we feel called to. I think Sanaya is right to keep you grounded in a specific direction. There are other spiritual teachers that specialize in those topics.

With music it depends on the person. I listen to all genres of music but metal helps me to feel the most balanced. I'm not talking about simplistic popular metal, I'm talking about complex metal which is too deep for many to understand. Music, definitely! My dog sent me "All I want for xmas is you" by Vince Vance every year. I never heard of this song, but I knew "by heart" it was from her the first time I heard it on the radio. And when I had a car accident, I wasn't able to listen to it on the radio, I turned to RUclips. One day I finally watched the entire video. Well, all she wanted for xmas was....a white little dog!!! This year, I asked if she was around on my cat's surgery day,please send me our song. After I dropped off my cat, this song was on the radio, for the first time of this xmas.^^

What does Sanaya see for our future? It seems the power of self-will has been diluted energetically by all the drama and change of the guard even astrologically. How many guides are we given? I had very bad seizures when I was a teenager and 3 times coming out or waking up in my father's arms at the kitchen table. I saw 3 beautiful spirits of my then passed away Uncle, grandmother and friend. They were so healthy looking and beautiful and in light blue robes. The 3rd time i told them in my head that I was going to be fine and I wasn't ready to go. I'm in my 50s now and haven't seen them again.
What a beautiful experience to have. I hope you continue to take comfort from it. That you've not seen them again doesn't mean they're not there. Our guides and loved ones are with us every step of the way. The body is the most effective veil! And yet at times the veil parts and, as you experienced, they are just right there. Waiting. It is lovely to know that we are always surrounded by love and cherished by those in spirit.

I have always wonder why this happened to me, and for almost 15 years I still don't have a clue and what it means can you help me understand this connection with angles please...as it would mean so much to me and others.
Well, it all started with a Reiki session, I really didn't know what to expect? So, I didn't expect anything just lay there while Terry laid her hands on different part of my body. It seemed to be mainly around the head area and moving down around the bottom of the spine. She would lay her hands there for some time, as I had forgot how long I was even on the table, but it did seem like an hour. After the session, I drove home around 9:30pm in the evening, and had something to eat. Started working on a project which took me into the wee hours of the morning, as I had to get the project completed, which I did and so I was happy and full of energy. I didn't feel tired, But the eyes where sore and I think that it must have been sometime after 2am when I put my head on the pillow, and then the fun started with a light show.
I hope, I can recreate the picture for you, but if you have never taken mushroom/acid, you might not understand or visualize where I am coming from and you might be thinking that he is still on those mushrooms. It has been many years since I have part taken.
A vision started when I closed my eyes, I was in a large dark open area I could not see the back of my eye lids like normal. I could see into space, but there was nothing there meaning no stars nothing just complete darkness and at the same time there was 3 kinds of colorful images passing right in front of me, very bright colors with patterns of paisley. So, I opened my eyes and figured I was hallucinating, as all the images where still there in front of me. Now they were in the bedroom, I had only been in bed for about 5 minutes when all this started to happen, and the cool part was all these images where in 3D. I could reach out and touch them.
But I couldn't feel anything, my eyes where still opened and the images started to change, they formed a bright golden colored ball. This ball turned into a huge fire ball blast like you would see in a movie, but it was not hot and in this fire. There was a huge battle going to take place with two armies facing each other on a battle field. I could see men with mythical creature’s standing side by side in ready to fight a war. This battle image was fading quickly, but the whole image of the fireball with still intense graphically, as the images where very strong.
The fireball then started to change into a flock of birds wings, just wings and no birds bodies, no feathers just wings and they were all coming right at me, hundreds of wings beating towards me and not a single sound could be hear. All I could see was an outline wings beating/flying. These wings were getting larger and there were lots of them. The picture I can see in front of me is a white ball of fire, which’s not hot or scary. The battle is still there at the bottom of the fireball and the beating wings. As I lay there looking at this ball of white fire a though entered my head and it said angle. The next image to appear was a silhouette of an angle wings, then a
shadow of a person with wings appeared.
The angle was a hazy bright white color, not so bright that you couldn’t look as it was a very soft bright color. The angle came of the fire and came beside my bed. I held out my arm and the angle touched my hand, and it felt like a soft gentle energy on my hand. I didn't say anything to it as my mind was completely blank, but I felt safe and warm.
The angle did a backflip on me, and I remember feeling like we were free falling through the sky. Next thing I remember was waking up in my bedroom in time to go to work. On the way to work I called Terry and told her about my experience, and she said the in the 30 years she has been doing Reiki, nobody has every shared those experiences as I had that morning. Since then other things have happened to me, and I have been going to Indian on and off over the past 10 years in search of an answer to my experience. But nothing has been found, only more questions have come and no answers.

UFO's is actually in the title, yet is totally blown off. I think this is an important issue that people need some clarity on.
Hi Katie, I understand that many people have questions about these things. When I first connected with Sanaya, I was given a particular mission, which was to reach as many people as possible with the wonderful news that we don't die and we are more than human. Because topics like UFOs and aliens and such are often divisive or offputting, I have not typically addressed them. I did check in with Sanaya during this recording, and apparently that's still the game plan: stick to my priority, which is to teach The Awakened Way. Whatever you research with regard to UFOs and that sort of thing, please be sure that you are coming from a place of pure inquiry, without fear or anxiety. My assistant, Lynette, created the title and thumbnail for this video and she has since changed it so as not to disappoint those looking for definitive answers on that subject. However, that said, you'll find in my videos here a chat about meeting up with Odin, a Norse god, who assured me he was "as real as" I am, and that we are *both* myths, created and existing in the All That Is of JOY. How do you get balance after the podcast or when you too high? It was 10pm when this show finished for me and I couldn't fall asleep for hours, it was a nightmare, I knew it was because the energy it was present with the show but I did not know how to shake it off
It is hard to remember at times that bringing IN our chakras is just as important as balancing them when they're constricted. I doubt one person is more gifted than another.... probably we can all achieve connection to spirit. We need to clear ourselves of blocking energy, fear, grief, disbelief, self criticism. Come at your practice with love for EVERYONE (even those different then you, color, ethnic, social status, age, politically). Volunteer. heck even start a convo with someone you wouldn't otherwise, but ask your guides to speak from love thru you. When you channel GOD's love, you abandon your story, judgement, self-importance. You speak less and just listen! To your heart and the person you commune with knowing that GOD has you both in HIS hand. When u give more of yourself to others, spirit shares more with you.

When you lead us into a meditation, you give us cues to go deeper. My brain kinda implodes as it says “ I thought you wanted to go higher?” How can you go deeper if you want to go higher?

I’m so impatient with myself. My mother-in-law just passed in Sept and all of her family can’t stand one another right now. I have been a doormat for a while and now that I’m allowing boundaries, I don’t feel love, I just feel anger and frustration. I know that I’m supposed to love and be of service. I love them from a distance, but not when they are in my presence! I don’t want to be with them for Thanksgiving. What do you say?
I say start by being gentle with yourself. Accept that these are human feelings arising, and while we KNOW we are far more than human, we do right now live in these human suits. Allow what comes up to simply be. Take a breath, watch that feeling, allow it to dissipate as it will. It is okay to not want to be around chaos and discord. You are *supposed* to feel the way you feel, and while you are doing that, realize that there is ALWAYS at your core a place of silence and peace that you can access. Wishing you well.

Personally I don’t ask for evidence because the information I receive is evidence in itself without asking for proof. In my heart I would not ask for evidence. I trust and have faith in truth and love. I do not doubt. Mostly there is light and love, which is self-evident, so no proof is necessary. Where there is darkness or chasm, I see the solution drawn like chalk on a blackboard - the prototype of what is to be, what shall come.
The response to the UFO question seems to imply that ETs are real.

There is someone saying that we shouldn’t go towards the ‘light’ under any circumstance, as it leads to bardo states and hollow earths, where we are cohersed into reincarnating again. And that instead, we should ask to be taken to the higher densities which are higher level earths, very much like this one, but magical.I can give more Information if needed about this popular RUclipsr, but would like your take on this please. He sort of says that most mediums are working from these bardo hollow earth states and many of deceased humans end up in these places. It is all very confusing. He says he is mental synching with all these magical beings, arc angels, and alien races, and he lets them answer questions through his face book group and we can all mentally synch with all of these guides, higher beings and alien races too, who will validate all of this. I encourage everyone I work with and explore all aspects of spirituality and teaching and then to sit in the silence, asking to set aside any fear or preconceived notions, and to ask for guidance from their loved ones and guides to determine what resonates. What I know without doubt is that the essential nature of the Universe is Love, that we are all safe and protected, no matter what. The "bardo state" originated with Tibetan Buddhism. It has always seemed a bit similar to the church's concept of purgatory. This is not what I teach, nor is it what I have directly experienced with higher beings. Please do find what resonates for you. We *can* connect with all beings, it's true. What I am assured of, and what I have experienced directly, is that in the pure Love reality that is our true essence, there is no higher or lower state of being. It's just Joy. Just Love. All is well, always. And YOU are so very loved.

Melody, Sanaya has told us repeatedly that the fabric of the universe is Love. What deviates from that are thought forms and our human conditioning, which includes a lot of fear. Thought forms can be terrifying! It's true. Example, Many people are imbued with a deeply rooted fear of death ~ and yet we don't die. The *thought* is very powerful, but it is not reality. We continue after the last breath. Our souls can never be harmed. At the highest level, we are always safe and sound, held in a love beyond anything we can imagine.
@@SuzanneGiesemann Like you, UFOs aren't in my spiritual wheelhouse. We all have the things that we resonate best with and those topics that we feel called to. I think Sanaya is right to keep you grounded in a specific direction. There are other spiritual teachers that specialize in those topics.
