If there is anyone sitting on the fence wondering if they should enroll in your classes then I say jump off of the fence and enroll. Vanessa is by far the most detailed educator I have ever had and the best thing is the ability to revisit the instructions whenever you need to refresh a technique that I might have forgotten. Thank you Vanessa you are a natural teacher.

Sooo many demonstrators now use your term "Pretty side to Pretty side"...I just watched Nicole from Darvanalee Designs out of Queensland, AU use the term in her sewing tutorials!

When I first started sewing, one of the first things I made was your sewing machine cover. And through the years, "Pretty sides touching" still works for me, even though I'm no longer a newbie. Can't wait for the next mini bag club! 😊

Vanessa!!!! From the moment I met you, I loved your teaching style..... I've been following you since 2016 and have reviewed and made a lot of your older projects and I still do go over the videos if I need clarification on something that I am working on, even if it's not one of your projects...so thank you.

I can't WAIT for the next mini bag club :-) You rock Vanessa! I love the fact that you have lifetime access to the videos and patterns. I get all gung ho, and make almost all of them...then get tied up with something and get delayed. Then I get back at it :-)

Just make sure you're not stitching anything you will want to seam rip and expecially very far. I literally have my stitch length set for the the first reasonable length that my seam ripper can handle. I said never again on too close stitches when I had to pull out my own circumference on a garment - Had to literally use a sewing pin to finally pull up all those stitches. I'm not that big but boy was that a lot of stitches. Just saying. I will go for shorter stitches for the bag structures as I'm sewing wallets and purses the last few weeks. As soon as I get to zippers etc. It goes back to my marked spot on the dial that my seam ripper can handle.
