I've been making stir fry ramen with Lao Gan Ma chili oil crisp, butter and two eggs. It is very hearty and excellent, I use half of the packet for reduced sodium and find that the chili oil substitutes the packet I omit. Would be delicious with steak obviously but I suggest you give this a try as well! Also I'm subscribed to Bore.d and just watched parasite last night, nice timing! Great video!
Update: this video and the movie parasite combined with Covid had me on a ramen binge for years, unhealthily eating it all of the time and I gained far too much weight. I’m back here to report that while I still watch these videos out of late night hunger, I’m in a healthy weight range and down 45 lbs this year. 6’0, 176 pounds. Woo hoo!
