Hey! I have question about Maxillary sinus relation to Ptergopalatine fossa, is this fossa located posterior to maxillary sinus? or is it the Infratemporal fossa? or both?
Yes, the pterygopalatine fossa is directly posterior to and behind the maxillary sinus on both sides of the skull.
