I’d love to see videos on how doctors don’t want to test for mold poisoning and how many states don’t allow you to order tests on your own from LabCorp etc. you can check cholesterol and other things but not mold toxicity.
One more thing, you are right about the mold in the ac, back when I was child growing up in Florida, our condo had mold in the ac, as a result my father lost his hearing in one ear. Sometimes I think I also got mold poisoning as now that I’m 31 I’m starting to have lots of health issues
What kind of Mold test kit company would you recommend to use when wanting to test air from a heat pump system? I would also like to test the room that the air from the return unit is in.
Thank you for this video, my family and I are currently renovating a 100 year old house, sometimes it smells a bit powdery in the house, the wood was ripped out and it kinda smells like sharp powedery wood dust if that makes sense, I don’t know if it’s mold but it’s sometimes annoying to breathe in. If it’s not mold I’m thinking it could be the precious owners, sometimes I’m not even sure if my sense of smell is even on point as I had Covid and ever since my senses are off
Very helpful video! My renovated shower smells like mold. Room is more ventilated than before as an exhaust fan was added. Is there a way I can measure moisture in the tiled walls and tiled shower pan floor?
Great video. Had people over the house and they bought their own sheets. They stayed in my basement and now theres a very strong smell down there, it hits me at the top of the steps. It reminds me of a forrest earthy smell. Im wondering if they have mold or mildew in their house and the smell is stuck on their sheets. Its on my couch now in the basement and its killin me lol. Should i just spray frebreze on it? Is it possible for mold smells to travel like this?

No coloring but the material comes off the wall. Place is humid dark and in the north of a house..it was added outside to the building..not part of the original 4 walls..where can i send them for inspections

Look into Meniere's Disease & see if any symptoms seem similar. There have been possible connections made between that as a result of mold exposure.

Powdery is always mold
Our house mold has a wood, cedar smell too. I didn't recognize it as mold for the longest time because of that.
