I keep reading from others' playthroughs that the sharks are both numerous (one player reported seeing 3 in the same area near the ship) and aggressive. It seems you have to take them out before you can safely explore. Then endurance needs to have been upgraded enough so you can hold your breath long enough to explore. ... I think the game needs some kind of scuba gear, or at least a way to snorkel with a long connection of reeds, plus some form of armor, possibly made from metal sheets and rope.
yeah there are a lot of sharks, those aren't bad ideas you could bring em up in the discord, the game should be going EA soon (unless something changes)
Think if you throw the spear it takes out the jaguars really easy just make sure you hit it lol

Put the Komodo skin on the ground or reload the game then you can tan it the game is still very buggy
