I had that problem but when the dogs won't shut up I just throw some small black cat firecrackers near the fence and they get scared hide and keep quite gets the job done. After a little while the neighbors caught on and started keeping their dog quite from the continuous barking which was great.
I can safely say this music has saved me many times. You can see in the past, the future and cultures and current events in parallel listening to this music.

Stoked on numerous CD's, TC gigs here often, every show unique, smoothly transitioning blends of about every genre imaginable, as well as highlighting 50's, 60's jazz influences. Beyond words...
