Excellent choices and attention to detail . But it does make me as a northern Bonneville rider think that most of these products are way out of most riders league unless you have staff discounts or are v Rich

I love these staff pick pieces, and the camaraderie and mickey take that goes with them. The kit on show has me flipping and flopping on what i want next. Keep up the good work chaps.

Love your Staff Picks videos, thanks for putting those out. I'm a french guy who lives in Montreal, Canada... and I can say those videos are both a delightful and terribly depressing, ahah. Maybe tire manufacturers should invent heating tires, so they can melt the snow and we can ride during winter. Been going in circles looking for a jacket, have a few swanky Boda Skins pieces that I bought, but don't trust my life at speed to the look. Just finding out about the RSD Clash and ordered from you guys. Can't wait to get it on and get my bikes on the road!

Really enjoyed this even tho I'm more of a sports style rider. I'm torn between winter gloves, heated grips, or glove liners with my current gloves for winter. This is my first winter riding season.
What you may find is, even good winter gloves are not enough on their own. I spent £130 on some really good gore tex winter gloves and I still can't feel my fingers after an hour if the air is chilly.
I don't do a lot of high-speed riding as the temperatures drop, so my heated grips work very well in combination with my winter gloves. However, in my experience, nothing works as well as heated gloves. They're a bit of an investment but if you're looking to ride throughout winter, definitely worth it. Never really got on with glove liners, the ones that actually give enough insulation tend to be too thick to comfortably fit in my summer gloves. - Laurens
Loving this series, great to look at the gear after it’s been used for a couple of years. I know it’s a cliche but it’s becoming clear that spending a bit more turns out to be more economic over time!! Cheers

Can a review be done of the DMD Oro series? For the open and the MX model- 75? I like the compact lids as I have a small head. Looking at something compact for street / city use

Hey guys, not sure if anybody checking this as it is a year old.. but I have a couple of questions which would be super helpful to know the answer....
Firstly, I have a Bell Bullitt and looking to order a Hedon Heroine Racer 2.0.
My head measures c57cm...your size guide suggest I will need a Large - but Hedon's says Medium. Is Laurens' experience that the helmet fits a whole size up from the Bell?
Secondly, Laurens mentioned he wanted to switch out the "Speed Twin" side panel...did he ever manage to find a good replacement (if he still has the bike)? I've just bought a 2023 SpeedTwin and have the same dislike for the font!

The other day i came back after a 200kms ride, and my windshield was covered in insects, and i had several high velocity impacts on my full face helmet. And i own an Africa Twin, so very good wind protection. How do you people even manage to ride with an open face helmets on a naked bike lol ?
Always keep your mouth shut when wearing an open face, unless you want a free lunch. I usually grab the open face when riding in town or cruising laidback countryside roads. For any motorway journeys or more "spirited" riding, I'll always resort to wearing a full face. - Laurens

Has the bell Bullitt updated the forehead section or does it still leave a giant mark? Other helmets seem to tuck the liner around the front rather than let it sit freely, an odd choice IMO
Hi Joel, the Bullitt got an update in 2018 and the liner now does tuck in around the front. It's much more comfortable! - Laurens

The Baruffaldi Speed 4 goggles all come with a smoke lens that clips on. The Urban Rider edition (which I am wearing in the video) has a faux leather trim around the lens, because we're fancy like that. - Laurens

Hi Fee, I sadly had to get rid of the triple because of stricter emissions regulations in central London. I can't tell you which one I prefer. I'd prefer to have both sitting in my garage... - Laurens
