Great vid. I like the format of interviewing your wife for her opinion.
Can you disable the hand-throttle? It is sometimes too easy to accidentally trigger the throttle while walking the bike causing it to flip over.
Get a "Kinekt" handlebar suspension stem and suspension seat post. They're better, cheaper, and easier than suspension in the forks. No more rattling your shoulders and spine. Not sure how you'd help your rider sitting on the back rack though. :)
