women truly do know when you're not into them. I know this from a past marriage which ended after constant testing and finally a violent breakup. Only commit to a woman you truly are into and save the two of you time. I think my ex was truly astonished at my initiation of separation, my civility and lack of passion since and my lack of jealousy for her current partner. Don't ever settle or think your girlfriend is the last woman you'll ever get. It can end up in resentment, porn addiction, looking elsewhere for love.
I'm going through same situation. Won't let me move on. And won't go forward with me either. I told her not to text me until she's ready to accept me again. Still does. Won't lemme forget her.

I can totally relate to this in my past and now that I know how to handle this behavior I actually find it cute and I don't lose any more sleep over it. Thanks a bunch Coach!!!!
My take on heartbreak is that while the other person may have dragged our emotions through the coals and it may have taught us to become better in handling such situations, one thing is clear: While those people who broke us were playing games or unable to be true to us or themselves, we were true to them and to ourselves. And that is nothing to be ashamed of.

If you miss her calls after no contact, you text her a few hours later or the next day: hey I got your text/call what's up. I got your text sorry I was out with a friend what's up. You send one or two replies then you end with: hey it's great hearing from you I gotta run keep in touch.

I pushed the girl I was seeing away by being too insecure and got the I just want to be friends line. I’m improving each day and she keeps reaching out but several plans to meet up have fallen through and I just get the I’m too busy to meet up with you response. Just had to tell her not to contact me unless it’s to meet up for a date. Was hard because I like talking to her, but talking to her isn’t getting me anywhere. Coach Correy. I had a mc accident a bit ago. My ex showed up at the hospital. Then she took me food... I was at rehab hospital she took me food and a couple of things like a fluffy cover and stuff. We were texting back and forth. I even asked her maybe we can go out and have dinner together she agreed. I dont know if I've been asking to many questions, like how her nights have been, what she been up to going out with her friends. I didnt ask about any guys. I asked what she was doing for new years said nothing so I told her maybe we can hang out. She said yeah. I was into this chick i work with, and then she revealed she had a boyfriend. Between the time when i first started really interacting with her, and the big depressing revalation, i was totally hanging out with her. I hooked up with her on social media. I started falling in love with her, and i told her this. She acted like she was surprised. WHAT? I was always interacting with her, sending her mushy memes and messages on social media. How could she NOT know that i felt something for her. All the hints were there. All the signs were there. Anyway, we decided to be friends. So what does a guy and a girl do when they are friends? They hang out with eachother. So about a month ago, we sat together and ate lunch at work. We had a great time, and talked a lot. So the weird part happened at our break, two hours later. I sat next to her, and she immediately said, "You know, a lot of girls are noticing that you are always hanging out with me." I kinda took it in a bad way. She then started talking to her friend in spanish, and she was kinda ignoring me. I asked her later, in social media, if i hang out with her too much. She did not answer. I told her that i will stop hanging out with her a lot, so people don't get the wrong idea about us. We agreed to still talk on social media a lot. Why would a woman not want to hang out with a guy friend a lot? If she is secure in her friendship with me, and she is committed to her boyfriend, then why would she feel uneasy about hanging out with me? Maybe she doesn't trust herself around me? I don't know. It is totally mysterious how she acts. I am thinking hypocritical, because i am into honesty, and believe that people should not cheat on their significant others, but i am in such a situation with her, where my feelings for her are over the top to this day, and part of me wishes she would cheat on her boyfriend with me.
