I think I like the new ones a lot more🤗 I just got myself a neoprene support for my right ankle. I keep rolling it and this last time I thought I might have really hurt it. But nooo! Just typical zebra style ouch😣. My ankles turn in, then when they give and roll, it's to the outside.
Your AFOs looks soo awesomee!!! I didn't know they come in different colours, Mine are like "translucent white"? I started wear them like 2 weeks ago, i still have a hard time getting used to them at school. Any Tips? :)
+Zoey Rodriguez well thanks. Yea not eveth orthosis place has designs. And sure. I got 2 for now. 1. If they ever feel uncomfortable make sure you get a hold of the place that made them. There's always a way to fix that. 2. Always remember that people might stare. But thatd cuz they may not understand. Im always open for people to ask me questions about them to help them understand more.
How did you first learn AFOs could help? I have EDS and a lot of pain in my feet/ankles/knees/hips/back when I walk any distances such as in the store. I tend to walk on the outsides of my feet and my knees of course hyperextend. I don't know who I would talk to or how to approach it though.
+snotie007 bits hey make sure you check with the specialist that made them. Maybe they are going to far up? Or maybe you need some extra cushion on the bottom.
@@NotYourAverageZebra found out my calfs grew too big took the company took 4 months to make it due to goverment my new ones are so much better i need to ease into them. I hate wearing my afos and wearing shorts because i feel people stare at Me all the time
I appreciate these videos. There’s not a lot about this on you tube and when it’s a new thing for you, you really need all the info you can get.

You need them posted with a lat wedge to correct you to 90 so you don't roll to the lat. Ask for it

You saying it wrong you said "A,OF's" it's A, F, O's
No...I just said the letters together as afo. Sometimes I space out the A F O..and sometimes, like in this video I just said it as a word AFO.
