One of the things I liked about their rendition of the mythos is that Lucifer's punishment was being sent down into hell for all eternity, where he could /only/ see the BAD consequences of free will, and never the GOOD consequences of it. It's like his own personal hell was directly tied to him wanting to give people a choice and then being gaslit by heaven to think they only ever could make bad ones.
Same, it's a really interesting take on it.
That would actually make perfect sense as a cruel punishment
I love Lucifer's instant, manic relief when he discovered that Charlie was dating Vaggie and wasn't "involved" with Alastor in any way.
I didn't consider that a factor, but I certainly could now.
Didn’t think of it through that perspective
Another big detail to spot is during the first song, how...sheerly uncomfortable Charlie is in a lot of the shots. She's *put off* by how hard he's trying to force his point, because the entire thing he's doing is making about his power and might, where Alastor is being more personable.
Alastor has balls of steel to taunt the literal *Devil* himself
I also wanna point out he 'relatively' cautious he is around Lucifer. I mean, they butt heads like they're equals, but then Husk says word one to Alastor and he terrifies him into submission. So I feel like we should appreciate the hidden power of lucifer to be able to piss off the Radio demon and get away with it.
I mean, it’s kind of impressive. I mean he could just kill him easily without flinching.
i mean i know it's part of a song but he does minify and throw him into a pan without trying
Balls? Or stupidity?
@@bromodragone8405 I think stupidity is a line where you start literally saying "I'm better than you" upfront
Alastor didn't go that far, as beyond saying "Fuck you" - which is small potatoes for Hell, let's be real - he was merely passive-aggressive. Not to mention, as Alastor saw with Charlie (and then him), a bleeding-heart person is easier to insult and get away with it, compared to a no-nonsense "don't defy me" type
Oh man, Mimzie really did everything to get on that loan shark's bad side, just because she knew Alastor
50,000 dollars imagine what she spent it on lol.
@@jonathancunningham8739not a self insert animation for sure
@@TamWam_ She could have. 😂
just realised the attoo on Mymzie's bacl, i think she may be owned by mammon
Honestly? Bet! (No pun intended)
I’d probably do something stupid too if someone like Alastor was just… around to back up my stupid.
Lucifer loving ducks cause he sees himself as the "ugly duck" from heaven is my personal head cannon
that is probably it. And that makes me wonder... How is God going to be represented? is he going to be a father figure? or still just a omnipotent being with no physical appearence...
I heard someone say that the full angelic form of Lucifer resembled the most a duck so that could be too.
I thought that was supposed to be a swan in the scene that inspired Charlie's dream ya know considering lucifer was considered gods most beautiful angel which further references the ugly duckling
Mind blown.
@@GabrielRojasAhumada In The Comics, God leaves for the far reaches of creation out of disappointment in all the human and angel sinners and leaves the archangels and Seraphim in charge of Heaven with only vague, contradictory rules which sounds like YHWH in The Bible, dude`s kinda a dick .Holy shit, Adam really was made in his image!
“Take THAT depression!” That line fucking kills me!
Remember Charlie's line from the pilot: "My dad taught me one thing... You don't take shit from other demons!"
I am trying to figure out what she meant when she was leaving a message to her mom, "I think dad was right about me"...like what did he say that stuck with her like that.
@@TheRhuen maybe he told her that she wouldnt make a difference or something, like at the start of the second song
@@TheRhuenThat she has beautiful dreams that are ripe for disappointment.
@@TheRhuen They may have altered the plot a bit and it feels like that's what they did. My best guess is that Charlie is simply too kind for Hell.
@@TheRhuen Knowing what we know we know now I think it may have been something that Lucifer said that came off worse than it was meant to. Probably something like "Charlie you are never going to be able to pull this off." What he probably meant was that Heaven would reject the plan, but to her it may have seemed like he was doubting her.
Lucifer’s depression is relatable. He wants to be part of his daughter’s life but is afraid she didn’t want that so he never made the first move.
Edit: Guys, I’m not talking about why he first became depressed, I’m talking about how his own low self-esteem caused him to close himself off from the people he loved because he felt like they wouldn’t want him in their lives, thus creating a self-fulfilling prophecy that left him in even deeper depression.
That’s terrifyingly relatable and hits close to home.
not to mention he is also stuck at a deadend jobb, his wife left, and no one of the heavent superiors listens to him
Also he was damned to hell for giving humans free will but he never gets to see the good that came from his gift. Only the bad. Thats pretty depressing.
also think the fact that he was thrown from heaven has to do with that, and the fact that he only experiences the bad of humanity in hell when he was a dreamer and a good person technically speaking
Wasn't it mentioned that he's been depressed since the beginning since he did not want to be stuck in hell. He wanted to see humans thrive that's why he gave them the gift of free will but instead he's stuck watching the bad consequence of his actions forever without seeing the good.
@@hittkid6312 it's important to remember that the intro sequence is told from Charlies perspective who is not an objective narrator.
Charlie was born in hell but we see that she learns to dream big from her dad so it seems like he has not always been as depressed.
Lucifer also says that he has tried all of this before but couldn't convince heaven.
This could either be in reference to giving humans free will or that he had once made an effort to reform sinners but was shot down by heaven leading to him now trying to convince Charlie that Sinners are just irredeemable so that she doesn't have to go through the same hurt and dissappointment as he did.
Lucifer is the first person that got Alastor to swear I think. I love the immediate hate between them, wasn't expecting it 😂
In the comics, Vox got Alastor to swear. But if you only go by the show, then, yes, this is the first time.
@@evilds3261the comics arent canon i think
@@bananaperson6616I would assume they are cannon they would just be somewhere either before the show starts so in-between
the pilot and the show or before the pilot
@@Die2934 really? Cause im pretty sure i saw a bunch of people in a different video telling someone that the comics arent canon
@@bananaperson6616 I mean don’t take my word lol as I said I assume so since you could take parts of the comic and put it into the cannon
I just realized the scariest thing about Alastor's threat to Husker is that they weren't around when Mimzy said he's done that. So he wasn't just saying something he knew Husker would believe because Mimzy mentioned it. He was saying he'd do it because it actually is something he'd do. It's a lot more threatening than the typical "I'll tear your head off & mount it on my wall." stuff that's never actually believable.
Good catch on the power difference between Alistor and Lucifer. Alistor is always playing power games, but he has to switch it up for Lucifer. Alistor also switched it up for Zestial and Carmila, so it's likely they are either beyond his power level or he doesn't know their full power and knows he doesn't know.
Charlie is the other character he won't threaten, and the show drops a lot of hints that she may have a lot of power that she never uses. The weird thing with Charlie is that it's actually good to see her restrain herself. Maybe she ~could~ just rip Valentino (or whoever apart), but that wouldn't actually be fixing anything. That she lets herself fail instead of using force is the reason why people trust her and want to change for her.
But given that Alistor will bully anyone who isn't more powerful than him gives a pretty strong hint that he at least thinks Charlie is powerful.
I've been thinking the same thing. These last few episodes have revealed something very telling about Alastor. He does not like being dismissed, and he does not like being in a room with people as powerful as he is.
When Zestial appeared before him, Alastor was significantly more mild-mannered and less flippant than he would be with anybody else, and it was pretty clear that he had something to hide. And when Carmilla display no interest in where he had been for the past 7 years, you can tell from his expression that he was miffed that she wasn't paying attention to him.
Alastor seems like such a big deal because he does not hesitate to be flashy with his power over characters that are far weaker than him. But, I think it's becoming more clear that he is merely an _above-average_ fish in a big pond.
@@SnowyWolborgI’m glad someone other than me actually paid attention to his mannerisms around others who may be stronger or are way more powerful than he is. He doesn’t like Lucifer prob because he knows he can’t do anything to him, and he doesn’t like being belittled. I mean Alastor quickly became pissy when Lucifer said he doesn’t know him 💀
@@MoniSolli_ Exactly. And in that very same episode, I think the reason that Alastor was so quick to jump into action was not necessarily to fix Mimzy's problem, which he has apparently done many times in the past, but mostly to flex on a bunch of demons who came armed with what, a battering ram and a few guns?
To be perfectly honest, I think there is an interesting dichotomy between Alastor and Zestial. One of them likes to make it no secret just how powerful he is, while the other simply lets his presence and reputation speak for itself.
I love that they’re doubling down on Alastor being Husks Valentino.
Really hits home that he can relate to the situation Angel's stuck in.
I did not expect Lucifer to be that goofy or short and kind
Now we know from where Charlie took it from.
I'm willing to bet it's a refference to him being a Cherubim.
Cherubs are depicted as small child with 6 red wings.
So small stature with goofy / childish personality , but yet again he is smart.
@@Phoenixillusion18 In the case of Hazbin, he's implied to be a fallen seraph.
@@Shrikesthorne so far yes, but biblically Seraphs and Cherubs are both the highest rank of Angels , they sit right next to God's throne.
They are very similar and can easily be mixed up.
The thing is he is not really that short. Everyone else is just exceptionally tall
My personal theory after seeing episode 5 (there might have a lot of issues with it idk I’m no lore expert) is that Alastor made a deal with Lilith and is therefore serving her. That’s why his defense of the hotel seemed particularly earnest. The «I’m here for entertainment » might not be a lie but it’s not the whole truth. This would explain why he immediately tried to piss off Lucifer as much as possible. Alastor is always trying to have the psychological or physical high ground on every body but we’ve NEVER seen him this worked up against someone before. I also think the reason why he killed the loan sharks himself instead of letting Vaggie take care of it was because he really needed to let loose because I think Husker’s comment got to him even more than what he’s shown us. Alastor always tries to look unbothered, smiling and in control, like he’s above it all, and I think the reminder that he is under someone’s orders almost drove him insane. Letting anger see through his mask is a clear sign of vulnerability, so his «weakness » was Lucifer and the fact he is «on a leash ».
There's a theory that Alastor sold his soul to Lilith when he was alive, which is also a theory that he was part of some occult which is why he was so powerful when he appeared in hell.
Also both Alastor and Lilith were gone for 7 years and I wouldn't be surprised if Lilith ordered Alastor to look after Charlie while she's busy with whatever she's right now.
Alastors scary side ia pure nightmare fuel. I love his design
Alastor has slaughtered big-name overlords. He has also slaughtered no-name loan sharks. However, every time he fought Sir Pentious, he let him live. Interesting.
At this point I am almost certain Alastors leash is in Liliths hand. My guess is that he actually got fucked up fighting someone strong and Lilith offered to save him in exchange for his services. Alastor knows how deals work so nothing short of death would have made him make a deal. Also the fact that he showed up right after Charlie called her mom makes me even more suspicious. He said he wanted to help for his entertainment but he was missing for 7 years NOT doing what he did so no way he was still bored. Question is what was he and Lilith doing for the past 7 years.
My theory is that Lilith does actually want to rise against heaven and left because Lucifer was too depressed to care about anything. So she sent Alistor to both look after her daughter but also help with the hotel to distract heaven from whatever she is actually up to.
Valentino does mention that Alastor almost beat Vox and that was probably the thing that happened 7 years ago
Alastor had a deal with something far before getting into Hell, and it wasn't with Lilith.
Btw mimzy is a character from the lore the fandom just knows for years now but still quite unsure if canon or not so her beginning lines were also for the fans "been a while but I'm finally here"
lmao😂😂
“Lots of rules, they aren’t very open minded”
Alicia, wait until next episode, you’ll get your answer why Vaggie looked away…
well Alicia was right, heaven IS homophobic
this is gonna be bad...
Lucifer and Vaggie more in common than we realised.
Lucifer has become my favourite in the show he is so bloody lovable and relatable.
10:22 this is Alistors first time Cursing in the show
Notice how Lucifer's wings got bigger when he was happier? Nice touch
I love the song "More Than Anything" so much, it's so sweet. I literally got tears in my eyes when I listened to the song for the first time. Also, I got daddy issues to, so same, Charlie.
So glad they did the golden fiddle joke. Also, casting Jeremy Jordan as Lulu was GENIUS, man has done numerous stage and tv musicals and played Varian in the Tangled tv cartoon.
I have to say, the line "Who needs a busboy now that you have the chef?" is way underappreciated, especially in combination with the visuals. Not only does it show Alastor without his jacket for the first time (he is being literally "dressed down" by Lucifer), but Lucifer also delivers this zinger while literally "cooking" Alastor on the stove. It's not exactly the peak of visual storytelling, but I enjoy the details.
2 parts i really need to say. Baby Charlie is adorable. And alastor's "haha! Fuck you" had me dying laughing
The Episode really made me like Lucifer.
I think there is something so sad about him giving humanity the amazing gift of free will and then being confined to a place where he only ever gets to see those who would use his gift for evil and yet he still was hopeful and a dreamer but Heaven crushed him again and again so now instead of giving his daughter hope he would rather have her think that sinners are irredeemable.
Also Ducks being so important to him because it reminds him of when he would share his dreams with his daughter is so sweet.
4:59 I assuming what went through his head during that is "Okay Okay um, GIRL LINGO" And his mind drifted to that
From earlier episodes we know that Alastor and Lilith disappeared from the public eye at about the same time. Then he just so happened to return, exactly when Charlie opened her hotel and could really use some help, help that he just so happend to be uniquely qualified to give. And now we learned that he is on someone else's leash...
Anyone else think that the one who holds his leash is Lilith and she sent him with orders to help her daughter?
Voice for Lucifer is Jeremy Jordan, who is AMAZING. My personal favorite roll of his was the lead in Newsies on Broadway
I think this is the first time I’ve seen Alicia dance. So cute and thanks for the reaction!
I love that Lucifer was the first person to make Alastor curse.
Gas lighting the devil is actual insanity give the man props
Alastor to Lucifer in season 1: Your daughter calls me daddy now!
Vaggie to Lilith when season 2 come out: Your daughter calls me mommy now!
I'm started to think Charlie have parents' issue?!🤔😂🤣🤣
One small detail I noticed at 20:59 is that there seems to be a high-pitched whine that can be mistaken for radio interference, but I think it’s actually an elk cry referencing the deer part of his design and also to sound more creepy
Honestly when I first heard his voice I was like I’m not a fan but now seeing how goofy and depressed and everything I’m actually a fan he’s definitely one of my favorites
Lucifer being the embodiment of "Could a depressed person make this?"
Big theory out there right now is that Alastor's leash, that Husker mentioned, is being held by Lillith. Something happened to Alastor and he made a deal with her, that's what I've been hearing at least.
3 things;
1: The Egg Bois being in Charlie's contacts is adorable.
2: She also has Azazel and 'Chyhraeth', whoever that is, in her phone.
3: Did anyone else see the photo of Emo Charlie on Lucifer's wall?
Cyhyraeth is a Welsh spirit, it's said to make deathlike groans or sounds when nearby people are dying
I absolutely love the fact lucifer has a golden fiddle, it's a really nice touch
Alister: You can call me…DAD!!
Lucifer: Proceeds to Pull out The Golden Fiddle in full Georgia Style to assert Dominance.
14:44 i love it when the devil pulls out his golden fiddle! Guess johnny didn't need it any more.
When Angel said "short king", Herve Villechaize from Forbidden Zone came to mind.
Great reaction as always! Jeremy Jordan( Lucifer) is great. As far as voice acting goes,he was also Varian from the animated Tangled seris( in case you wanna look up any songs featuring his character, if you haven't heard them).
Looking forward to seeing your episode 6 reaction here cause, yeah!
I swear, every time I hear how Alicia says "Algorithm Gods" just reminds me just how adorable she is.
Lucifer plays a fiddle made of gold during his song, that’s the best visual joke in the show
My favorite thing about this episode is that its actually the only episode so far where Alastor curses, he was pretty close in the "Stay Gone" song where he says "pissy" but wasn’t quite there 😂
In many ways, Lucifer shares much in common with Stolas.
They're both royalty, they're both divorced from their wives (though why Lilith left still remains to be seen,) both are insanely powerful, have banger singing voices and above all, they're adorable cinnamon rolls who love their daughters more than life itself
Alastor reminded me of the Slender Man when he whipped out his tentacles.
you could almost say that Lucifer's voice is...angelic! XD
annyways! majority opinion is that the 'leash' on Alastor belongs to Lilith. which i think makes sense regarding his peacocking around Lucifer, as well as his anger from Husk's comment. unfortunately a lot of ppl seem to conclude that Al is dating Lilith, but that seems like the lowest possible option imo.
if Lilith has a hold over Al (which he clearly doesnt like), it makes sense that he would want to make himself seem like a better parental figure to Charlie than the both of them are being rn in order to better use Charlie as a pawn in whatever plans he has cooking.
I loved this episode Lucifer is Nothing like how I expected but it's great he's a decent dad and he's so goofy I love it
The comment about Alastor being on a lease has me wondering if Alastor is under contract to Lilith. She is meant to be a singer, related to audio.
I'm 5'2" in a family of giants and "Short people are closer to hell" is a phrase I use regular to like. assert dominance? for lack of a better phrase? hearing you use the same phrase was excellent lmao
The more times I watch the reactions from different youtube channels, the more the songs and moments bring out the tears. 😢
To add to the pile of things I love about Lucifer, his first song seems to be a homage to "Friend Like Me" from Aladdin, including the scene where he serves the protagonist a meal.
10:28 I don’t think I’ve heard him curse-
First time.
Only other time was in one of the comics.
My money is on Adam being the one holding Alistor’s leash. He kept him in his back pocket and pulled him out after an exorcist wound up dead.
24:06 You.....basically described what is a domestic cat, in nutshell!XD
the way you see things on a fundamentally different level is so interesting :D
She did study psychology
23:53 interestingly enough that sound is from Portal 2, as a sound effect for the turrets
New favorite Alistair moment is between him and Lucifer now
14:44 Lucifer playing a golden fiddle is a reference to “The Devil Went Down to Georgia”😮 it took a moment for me to realize that.
There are so many questions i have for this episode
I love little moments of Alastor not having his radio distortion in this voice.
Shows when he loses his composure
i noticed that alastor doesn´t really seems bothered when lucifer and charlie kinda fix their issues, he just smiles. Was he agressive on purpose? was this what the "leash" means? to help charlie? it´s really no coincidence that lilith and him dissapeared for the same amount of time and he only came back to help charlie
I think he's, for whatever reason, genuinely invested in the hotel scheme moving forward, and when Luc shows up Alastor panics knowing if Luc disuades Charlie, there's NOTHING Alastor can do to salvage it, they don't even have a Deal to bind them.
So Alastor moves in on the only play he has; Charlie's approval, and the hope that if he can piss off Luci, Luci will overreact and look bad in front of Charlie.
This doesn't work; so Alastor backs off, and shows that at the very least he can be useful as the underling he is, beating up some casuals on Charlie's behalf.
Once Charlie wins her dad over, Alastor's worry is averted, and he's happy to be ignored for a minute. He can make himself important again after Luci's gone. For now, he sees the hotel situation is secured, and leaves Charlie to handle her dad for him.
Rather than Alastor doing something to Lillith, I've seen a lot of people theorize that Lillith owns Alastor's soul and has him under contract - the "leash" Husker was referring to before Alastor freaked the fuck out on him. That would be REALLY interesting to see. People point out that Alastor showed up at the hotel right after Charlie called in the pilot, meaning Liliith might've sent him.
23:26 You know I didn’t even notice Vaggie looking away, but in hindsight…
honestly lucifer being an Anxiety mess, while also thinking sinners are broken by design and not worth fixing. is kinda fitting for the one ruling the Pride Ring
Alastor and Lucifer give off Bio-dad meets step dad energy this who episode. XDD My theory is that Lilith and Alastor are either in a contract or are dating, hence why he acted like that around Luci. She gave him the power to take out those 'heavy hitters' on her behalf, having him get rid of the real monsters like the Vs so that decent people could remain on top. Like Camilla and Zestial.
WAIT I HAVE A THEORY so remember in the episode Husk said Alistor was also on a leash? Like his soul is also bound to someone? MAYBE Lilith owns Alistors soul and that's why he was gone for 7 years like her, And maybe Lilith is trying to help Charlie, by sending Alistor to help her run the hotel!
21:03 you’re literally Husker right now😂
A lot of people wonder why lilith left with Charlie and my personal assumption is that it’s because as episode 1 told us lucifer had dreams but gave up on them. Lilith likely left with Charlie so she (Charlie) could fulfil the dreams lucifer once had but without lucifers influence because as it was shown in this episode he actively tries to get Charlie to give up on. Lilith is one of the only people that knew lucifer and the dreams he gave up on it would make sense for her to leave with Charlie to make her believe in the same dreams and never quit
TLDR: lilith split from lucifer so he didn’t influence Charlie to give up her dreams like he once did
Alicia: Short People Are Closer To Hell... Me: *Spit Takes* 🤣
Alastor is basically the Sans of this series
To quote my brother "the "I'll shelter and adore you more than anything" and "I'm grateful you're my daughter more than anything" hits so fucking hard when you're looking at your daughters fast asleep in your arms"
The best part is that Lucifer would not have respected Alastor one bit more without getting some level of sass from him.
I'm surprised Alica didn't point out huskers statement.
"Alistor is also on a leash." But with who? Lilith perhaps?
21:50
I don't know if it's as much that he knows he's weaker (because honestly with how ballsy he gets, I don't actually think it's a fraction. It's probably just moderately less power, not a ton at this point) but I think he noticed Lucifer doesn't give 2 shits about power. Alastor being strong wouldn't worry Lucifer because he's the king, he doesn't care. His daughter and his height are his two insecurities, and that's why Alastor hit him there. That's where it hurts most.
Let's point out how many times Lucifer referenced killing Alastor in his portion of the song, because he easily could. Alastor doesn't/can't in his, but knew EXACTLY how to beat good ol Sin of Pride. Worked like a charm (Love both though)
I think I might know why Alastor wan't to see people fail at the hotel. If Alastor can convince other people to give up hope, it will be that much easier for Alastor to finally give up hope himself.
I gotta say Lucifer's portrayal in this show is totally not what I was expecting...and I LOVE IT! 🙂
It's nice to get a refreshing take that doesn't rehash the same tired beats. He's not evil he's just broken and cynical.
The person who voices Lucifer is the same voice actor of Varian from Tangled the series, and all of his songs in that show are amazing as well!
18:43- Alastor died decades ago, it's just 7 years ago that he and Lilith disappeared.
Edit: Also: MAJOR bad vibes from Lilith. Both from this, AND episode 1 with her storybook for Charlie.
Alastor is weaker than Lucifer. He’s also weaker than Charlie.
But what’s really interesting is that Alistor disappeared 7 years ago, same as Lilith. Alistor hates Lucifer, and his arrival had Alistor’s eyes twitching in rage before they spoke to each other. AND Alistor made a deal with someone for his own soul, the same way Husk made a deal with Alistor. So the question is if there’s a connection between any of this.
4:49 😂🤦♂️Nailed it, right on the concrete
Well, if anyone was gonna get under Alastor's skin, it makes sense that it would be Lucifer himself. Dude may be goofy, but he is the ruler of hell and probably one of the most powerful beings in existence. I mean according to the Bible he was first made to rule over all of Creation and guard the throne of God. Dunno how much the show's cannon sticks to Biblical cannon, but I think it's safe to assume even Alastor is nothing compared to Charlie's Dad.
Alastor is Four Ranks below Lucifer. Alastor may be a top Overlord, but he's -just- an Overlord.
I wonder if maybe Alastor made a deal with lilith when he arrived in hell to get all that power yhen acted sort of like a hitman for her. Now he has been told to help charlie with the hotel. It would help explain why he seems to hate lucifer as much as he does. I can not see any other reason why he would outright risk angering the single strongest being in hell otherwise. Like lucifer could probably just evaporate lucifer if he really wanted to
TAKE THAT, DEPRESSION!!!
I won't spoil anything for the next episode. But when a certain group of hot people shows up look at the one in the lower right. Take a very good look at her.
It seems that Lucifer was a lot like Charlie very positive and optimistic and just like how every time Charlie hits a road block she tries to find a positive thing to fix it. I think it says a lot about how heaven crushed him.
The conversation with Husk and Alastor, I wondered if he would do that with girls/women too...
Wait so if all of lucifers inventions are rubber ducks...does that mean heaven didn't approve of him making rubber ducks that exploded like fireworks(from episode 1 before the apple)?
Then again, yeah that sounds terrifying...Imagine that going off in the bath.😂
Love this ep. Mini Theory Alistar gone for 7 years was with mrs. morning star. Would also explain why he would help Charlie, and her hotel.. not to mention the song as the dad that stood up!!.... buttt... to get himself off the chain from Lilith.
100% he absolutely nailed it
people with daddy issues love this episode
There was a line that made me question something. "Big talk for someone who's also on a leash." Who would Alistor have sold his soul too? Or am I reading that wrong...
Mimzy WAS intended to be a member of the main cast actually, they jsut didn't go with it this season. maybe next season we'll see her stay as a main character for some reason or another.
"Oh no hes relatable, He has Rubber Ducks and Depression." 😂😂😂
So do we start calling Alicia "Daddy" from now on or what?
Lucifer debut in the show and instantly get a W on Alastor! Let's GOOOOOOO Team Lucifer!
Holy shit I didn’t even realize till you pointed it out… Alastor was gone for 7 years… Charlie hasn’t heard from her mother in 7 years… and Alastor is known to have killed overlords in the past… 😳 Ohhhh boy.
But lilith isn’t an overlord and being the second most powerful being she could crush alastor
Lilith is the ultimate Overlord. Sinners have power through her voice. Alastor's 'leash' is likely being held by Lilith herself, since she would want someone she controls to watch over Charlie.
