Is It Worth It

Hitchcock ISD PD teamed up with UTMB's Trauma Services, in collaboration with The Center for Addiction Research, to communicate the dangers/consequences of drinking/drugged driving to our HHS students a few days before their prom. This live production included many stages of a real-life scenario starting with a staged car accident, a transport to the hospital, jail, and death. While emotional, the UTMB team believes that this production could save a life by accurately depicting the dangers and consequences of drinking/drugged driving.
