in my opinion maxing out book trades (3) with librarians is still one of the best ways go about getting good enchants and even some that you might want to use in the future, once im in mid game i start flying around the world and going from village to village trading with them, best way to get wuick emeralds is by raiding battle towers and going the second floor above or below the main “tower golem” floor, and i always pick up any paper i find as they’re essential to unlocking the first trades with them. i always trade them like so: sell paper for emerald>sell books for emerald>buy glass>buy bookshelves and bam all book trades unlocked, make sure to only trade once and get out of the trading screen u tik the green particles start rising then check for the newly unlocked trades, i also usually always leave the librarians in a 1 by 2 hole with glass covering the top and mark them down on my atlas, using a shulker box to keep all the emeralds books and paper is also really useful in my opinion
@@AlternatorAI unfortunately not, however i can give you some advice and an easy way of of having to risk it all tryijg to go ot the end, after you beat the ender dragon, instead of going through the gateway you might want to just travel w thousand blocks away with a mount, this is because you dont know wouldnt know what’s waiting for you on the other side and wht you might encounter after traveling through the gteway. i suggest using the epion mount as you are able to mine blocks whilst on them, fly around and find yourself a city, after that what you can do is use the reload chunk feature to your advantage (f3+a) so you would be able to see where the shulkers are, now all you rlly gotta do left is kill the shulkers without getting off your mount, you can pick up the shulker hearts even on the mount and thats about it, oh and one thing you shoukd definitely have on you is a grappling hook in case you fall, its also a great item to use to latch onto the ground if a spectre is pulling you in, you might want to bring a waystone as well or a warp scroll to be able to teleport yourself back and you should also get multiple shulker hearts so that you wont have to go to the end ever again lol, anyways hope this helps!

Yeah, depending on the seed, there will be one of a handful of end game enchantments always being sold in that large oasis village structure! I was lucky enough that my seed had the advanced mending V villager rather than one of the other possible varients! I would have perhaps preferred the envenomed V villager, which can also spawn there depending on the seed, but it is what it is. If you are curious, just create a few worlds and teleport far out and look for the structure! You will see how the villager will trade a different enchantment, but every other structure still far from 0,0 will have that same enchantment, but to be honest, I only found this information out rather recently
@ExportedImport lol OP! If you use a different seed though, odds are the villagers will be selling something else (advanced mending, envenomed V, subject history V being some of the other possible enchantment books they can sell 100% of the time depending on the world seed)

Librarians can sell it, and you can find them when exploring roguelike dungeons (the dungeons I call crypt dungeons in this video around 5 minutes in). The armor the enemies drop can have curse of possession on them, and you can disenchant these items at a disenchantment table for the book!
In RLCraft 2.7.1 I would farm these a lot because an advanced player I knew told me I could get some there, but I only ever got a supreme flame and supreme bane of the arthropods a single time! I believe they do drop supreme books, but the rate is too low to be viable, and I also couldn't find a source telling me if they drop the books so I decided to not include it in the video besides that text box! RLCraft doesn't include a lot of info online though, so I believe it could still be doable in 2.8.2, but for the video I farmed in the void for about an hour, killing maybe 200 of these things, and I did not get a single book, but since I got 2 books in the past, I still thought I would mention it
the experience books reset enchantments... this trick is really broken but its so cheap and effective, should definitely try when enchanting with an enchanting table
Weird, I will try that again next time! For me, even when I warped away and came back via a waystone I placed, the bookwyrms still hated me though, but maybe flying manually would work instead of porting
It is one of the rare enchantments than you can only find from librarian trading since the mod owner disabled it! Other examples are "subject history V, envenomed V, vitality, the base empty enchantment book that holds a random enchantment depending on your seed, and a few other cool ones!

There are quite a lot of books that you can't get reliably from the enchantment table, and some that you can't get from the enchantment table period. Some examples are upgraded potentials, advanced mending, subject mathamatics, envenomed V, and a handful of others. The best method to getting those rare enchantments is probably making a villager breeding farm and breeding villagers for librarians. But the second fastest way would be just exploring for librarians in general or zombifying a white shirted villager and trying over and over again, but I think exploring for villagers is better

It is decided at the beginning of a seed, yeah! Depending on your seed, the librarians there will always be selling the same end game enchantment book, but the book depends on your seed
Hey there! I can try to help! The cheapest way to enchant in all of Minecraft, that not a lot of people know about, is by enchanting with the 2,4,6,8 method as I like to call it. Basically, you will combine 2 enchantments into a double enchantment book and add that to your weapon. Next, you will combine 2 enchantment books with 2 enchantment books for an enchantment book with 4 enchantments on it. You will then add that x4 enchantment book on your item. Next, you will combine 3 enchantment books and 3 enchantment books for an enchantment book with 6 enchantments on it in total, and then you will add that x6 enchantment book on your weapon. Lastly, you will combine x4 enchantment books (x2 double enchantment books for each of the x4 enchantment books) with x4 enchantment books (again the x2+ x2 combining books method) for a x8 enchantment book (this enchantment book will have 8 enchantments on it,) and then you will add that x8 enchantment book on your item, in this case weapon. You can then add the last 3 enchantments or so easily without worrying. You will want to add the expensive enchantments first so you can better keep track of cost, but if you enchant this way, you will not even need upgraded potentials, but the x8 enchantment book will cost around 60-70 xp levels or so and you will not know exactly how much that number is unless you are in creative mode (remember, in rlcraft, even if the anvil says "too expensive" you can still add the enchantment or items together as long as you have enough levels to do so in survival). If you want, you can enchant the easier way though, and just always enchant the weapon by adding double enchantment books and just add upgraded potentials around enchantment 12 or so. An example would be combining a lifesteal IV book with supreme sharpness V book, and then add that on your weapon (that is an example of a x2 enchantment book,) and then just doing that for every enchantment. When it starts to say too expensive or you have added 10-12 enchantments, you can just add upgraded potentials. Anyways, I hope this helps and that my explanation made sense! Good luck gamer

I have a baubles tier list video, and every bauble in the amazing category and up can be used for a strong character, but I tend to go with: the stone of the sea, the dragons eye, the ring of free action, the shield of honor, the ankh charm, the poison stone, and the stone of greater inertia/the fairy ring as the 7th slot. I tend to put the quality undying on them and hearty as the secondary quality, but I have also gone with full punishing quality with menacing as the secondary quality. I tend to go for undying though just so i never need to worry about taking damage from things
If it was at a dark oak oasis village than it is not all that rare and is seed dependent, but if it was found by a random librarian like in a port city, than it is one of the rarest yeah
In which order would you go enchating your melee weapon (using the enchants you showed inside your Best Melee weapon), I've tried so many times and I always get the "too expensive message" within my second enchant :( Please help! *Btw I love your vids, keep it up
To make it not be too expensive to enchant, you need to enchant the weapon with 2 enchantments at a time! Enchanting 1 enchantment at a time is way too expensive! In other words, you combine 2 books before adding that double book to your weapon. At around 12 enchantments on your weapon or so (6 x2 combined books) put on the enchantment upgraded potentials! Upgraded potentialswill reset the cost of echantments a single time (I know that isn't what the enchantment description says, but that is what it indeed does). You could also do the cheapest enchantment method, but it is a bit harder to explain, but I will try. You first start with a double enchantment book, than you combine 2 enchantment books with 2 enchantment books, and put that x4 enchantment book on your item. Next, you will combine 3 enchantment books with 3 enchantment books, and put that x6 book on your item. Next, combine 4 enchantment books with 4 nchantment books and put that x8 enchantment book on your item. At that point your weapon will have 20 enchamtnments, and you should be able to afford putting the last few enchantments on. If not, you can always use upgraded potentials if you need to!I hope this information helps! also the too expensive message was disabled with the anvil patch its there but you can still grab your gear from the anvil. the enchant level is just above 40 so you have to guess what level amount it is
Infernal enemies can drop it, and librarians in any structure can sell them. You can also find supreme sharpness very rarely in chests in structures such as libraries, underwater glowstone shelters, dungeons, and the like. Supreme sharpness is rare though! On the bright side though, supreme sharpness is not nearly as OP as envenomed, viper, lifesteal, rune piercing capabilities, parry, etc. If you have an envenomed and viper weapon on its own, you do not need supreme sharpness because the weapon is already very OP. If you are wearing a poison stone bauble, it is even more OP

You can get them in creative mode yeah, you just need to click on the little wrench at the bottom of the search window and change the top option to green (true). You can then click and dragon items directly into your inventory from that search menu
I have a question. I just got into rl craft with my buddies and we are just exploring the game, but I generally like to have a plan for my progress into the game, so I've watched a bunch of ur videos. And in almost all of them, you are using an axe in your off-hand. What's the reason? What's the best axe? Is it even an axe?
Hey there! That axe that you see is indeed a normal axe! The reason that axe is in my offhand is because it increases my main hand weapon's damage! All enchantments on your offhand weapon will apply to your primary main hand weapon's damage! That offhand axe has the enchantments "reinforced sharpness V" and "subject mathamatics IV." In theory, you could have an offhand rapier with half of the good enchantments, and your mainhand rapier with the other half. The same enchantments do not stack, however. If you have sharpness V on your mainhand weapon and sharpness V on your offhand weapon, you will only get the affect sharpness V, not sharpness X for example. In end game for max damage I tend to have an offhand axe with those enchantments (you can only put reinforced sharpness V and subject mathamatics IV on an axe and they both increase your melee damage) or I will use a shield because it can be useful with natural blocking III and empowered defense IV on it! There are some other fun options for offhand items that normally are like talismans, but that offhand axe is certainly a go to straightforward item that increases your damage even further
I bring a few bottles of golden carrot juice in there with me usually. In late game I also bring waystones, so I can place one down to warp to base, restock with golden carrot juice, and then just warp back. Lately I just bring more golden carrot juice than I will need to be safe.
You should try taming a flying mount! If you make avian treats with 5 cooked chicken and 2 bones, you can right click flying avian enemies, such as rocs (they are the brown birds at night that try to pick you up), to tame them. You can then mount them with a saddle, and soulbind them with a soulstone so you can summon and desummon them at will and you can just resummon it when it is defeated. This flying mount will help a lot with travel!
@@CasualtyYT thanks I ended up doing that earlier then I found a dead dragon body and made a dragon bone rapier with the bones then I went exploring and found alot of stuff enough stuff to get a dragon eye I put that in a backpack that I had on the ground. Then after that my game crashed and before I loaded it up I decided to update ice and fire then that said something about missing the ice and fire mods and when I loaded it up the backpack disappeared idk if its cause the mod or cause the game crashed
Usually tiers of modded enchantments! Envenomed IV and V, and subject history V are some examples! You can pretty much get all enchantments from enchanting besides the supreme enchantments and upgraded potentials, but there are a few higher tier enchantments that cannot be combined up to, but can be obtained from librarian trading. Enchantments that have been removed from the game such as vitality and ancient sword mastery are also examples of enchantments that can only be obtained from librarians (but those enchantments were disabled so they do nothing)
Those enchantments no longer exist for rlcraft 2.9 onwards. Apparently, they were just as good as regular advanced mending anyways so shivaxi removed them.
you firstly need to download the updated version of ice and fire, 1.9 to be exact then you can go watch cas’ previous video on the subject just type in “how to make dragonsteel armor in rlcraft!” hes alreadg done a video on this
All port cities have a throne made of emerald blocks inside a castle building towards the edge of the city. You know you found it when you find a large bridgelike staircase. It is inside that building at the top in the main room. Trading string (that you can get through wool) to fletcher and fisherman villagers is also a very solid way to get emeralds. Finding super rare structures can give you hundreds of emerald blocks, but that is an inconsistent method. You can also look for dragon dens, those have a lot of emerald ore to mine. With fortune III on a pickaxe, you can sometimes get like 5 stacks+ of emeralds from a single large dragon den. There are a few other methods, but those are perhaps the fastest ones.
Idk but the 4/4 village oasis. If you go into the secret dungeon with the wine barrels through the carpet trap door on the first floor, there is a candle lever opening to a secret book room. No enchanted books but 1-2 xp tomes
I've never found a library and I've looted probably 100 villages if not more am I doing something wrong edit: actually theres a lot of these structures I've never seen like the castle and oasis villages
Heya Ricky! I don't know if I will make a video on that, so I will just tell you how right here! Right Click on your RLCraft picture or right click the picture and go to "profile options!" On that page, go to the far right of the page and click the 3 dots next to the play button and click "profile options" from the drop down menu. Here, you will check the little box labled "Allow content management for this profile" and then click "done!" Now click the tab next to your overview tab named "Installed Mods" and from there you can update the mods just like you could on the Twitch Launcher! Just click the little arrow next to the mods you want updated, for dragonsteel you just need to update the mods "Ice and Fire: Dragons" and "spartan fire" and bam you're done! I hope this helps

Yeah, those structures are cool, I even found a passive dragon that was named. It didn't attack me so it was super easy to kill. Looking back, I feel bad now... I should have made friends with it. Maybe it was for a quest idk.
ah, the good ole days from the multiplayer server so many months ago. Also you forgot to mention the fact that doomlike dungeons can also have gorgon (medusa) spawners in them which just one tap you if you look at them. but still a good video anyways!

pretty much all you gotta do is get a roc or any pets, and loot the underwater dungeons that spawn guardians, have always guranteed good loot

Librarians can sell it, and you can find them when exploring roguelike dungeons (the dungeons I call crypt dungeons in this video around 5 minutes in). The armor the enemies drop can have curse of possession on them, and you can disenchant these items at a disenchantment table for the book!

In RLCraft 2.7.1 I would farm these a lot because an advanced player I knew told me I could get some there, but I only ever got a supreme flame and supreme bane of the arthropods a single time! I believe they do drop supreme books, but the rate is too low to be viable, and I also couldn't find a source telling me if they drop the books so I decided to not include it in the video besides that text box! RLCraft doesn't include a lot of info online though, so I believe it could still be doable in 2.8.2, but for the video I farmed in the void for about an hour, killing maybe 200 of these things, and I did not get a single book, but since I got 2 books in the past, I still thought I would mention it

the experience books reset enchantments... this trick is really broken but its so cheap and effective, should definitely try when enchanting with an enchanting table

i found adv mending librarian in a port city, flew him off to nearest waystone and dug a hole just as a bloodmoon started and it got killed

Weird, I will try that again next time! For me, even when I warped away and came back via a waystone I placed, the bookwyrms still hated me though, but maybe flying manually would work instead of porting

It is one of the rare enchantments than you can only find from librarian trading since the mod owner disabled it! Other examples are "subject history V, envenomed V, vitality, the base empty enchantment book that holds a random enchantment depending on your seed, and a few other cool ones!

There are quite a lot of books that you can't get reliably from the enchantment table, and some that you can't get from the enchantment table period. Some examples are upgraded potentials, advanced mending, subject mathamatics, envenomed V, and a handful of others. The best method to getting those rare enchantments is probably making a villager breeding farm and breeding villagers for librarians. But the second fastest way would be just exploring for librarians in general or zombifying a white shirted villager and trying over and over again, but I think exploring for villagers is better

It is decided at the beginning of a seed, yeah! Depending on your seed, the librarians there will always be selling the same end game enchantment book, but the book depends on your seed

Hey there! I can try to help! The cheapest way to enchant in all of Minecraft, that not a lot of people know about, is by enchanting with the 2,4,6,8 method as I like to call it. Basically, you will combine 2 enchantments into a double enchantment book and add that to your weapon. Next, you will combine 2 enchantment books with 2 enchantment books for an enchantment book with 4 enchantments on it. You will then add that x4 enchantment book on your item. Next, you will combine 3 enchantment books and 3 enchantment books for an enchantment book with 6 enchantments on it in total, and then you will add that x6 enchantment book on your weapon. Lastly, you will combine x4 enchantment books (x2 double enchantment books for each of the x4 enchantment books) with x4 enchantment books (again the x2+ x2 combining books method) for a x8 enchantment book (this enchantment book will have 8 enchantments on it,) and then you will add that x8 enchantment book on your item, in this case weapon. You can then add the last 3 enchantments or so easily without worrying. You will want to add the expensive enchantments first so you can better keep track of cost, but if you enchant this way, you will not even need upgraded potentials, but the x8 enchantment book will cost around 60-70 xp levels or so and you will not know exactly how much that number is unless you are in creative mode (remember, in rlcraft, even if the anvil says "too expensive" you can still add the enchantment or items together as long as you have enough levels to do so in survival). If you want, you can enchant the easier way though, and just always enchant the weapon by adding double enchantment books and just add upgraded potentials around enchantment 12 or so. An example would be combining a lifesteal IV book with supreme sharpness V book, and then add that on your weapon (that is an example of a x2 enchantment book,) and then just doing that for every enchantment. When it starts to say too expensive or you have added 10-12 enchantments, you can just add upgraded potentials. Anyways, I hope this helps and that my explanation made sense! Good luck gamer

I have a baubles tier list video, and every bauble in the amazing category and up can be used for a strong character, but I tend to go with: the stone of the sea, the dragons eye, the ring of free action, the shield of honor, the ankh charm, the poison stone, and the stone of greater inertia/the fairy ring as the 7th slot. I tend to put the quality undying on them and hearty as the secondary quality, but I have also gone with full punishing quality with menacing as the secondary quality. I tend to go for undying though just so i never need to worry about taking damage from things

If it was at a dark oak oasis village than it is not all that rare and is seed dependent, but if it was found by a random librarian like in a port city, than it is one of the rarest yeah

In which order would you go enchating your melee weapon (using the enchants you showed inside your Best Melee weapon), I've tried so many times and I always get the "too expensive message" within my second enchant :( Please help! *Btw I love your vids, keep it up
To make it not be too expensive to enchant, you need to enchant the weapon with 2 enchantments at a time! Enchanting 1 enchantment at a time is way too expensive! In other words, you combine 2 books before adding that double book to your weapon. At around 12 enchantments on your weapon or so (6 x2 combined books) put on the enchantment upgraded potentials! Upgraded potentialswill reset the cost of echantments a single time (I know that isn't what the enchantment description says, but that is what it indeed does). You could also do the cheapest enchantment method, but it is a bit harder to explain, but I will try. You first start with a double enchantment book, than you combine 2 enchantment books with 2 enchantment books, and put that x4 enchantment book on your item. Next, you will combine 3 enchantment books with 3 enchantment books, and put that x6 book on your item. Next, combine 4 enchantment books with 4 nchantment books and put that x8 enchantment book on your item. At that point your weapon will have 20 enchamtnments, and you should be able to afford putting the last few enchantments on. If not, you can always use upgraded potentials if you need to!I hope this information helps! also the too expensive message was disabled with the anvil patch its there but you can still grab your gear from the anvil. the enchant level is just above 40 so you have to guess what level amount it is

Infernal enemies can drop it, and librarians in any structure can sell them. You can also find supreme sharpness very rarely in chests in structures such as libraries, underwater glowstone shelters, dungeons, and the like. Supreme sharpness is rare though! On the bright side though, supreme sharpness is not nearly as OP as envenomed, viper, lifesteal, rune piercing capabilities, parry, etc. If you have an envenomed and viper weapon on its own, you do not need supreme sharpness because the weapon is already very OP. If you are wearing a poison stone bauble, it is even more OP

You can get them in creative mode yeah, you just need to click on the little wrench at the bottom of the search window and change the top option to green (true). You can then click and dragon items directly into your inventory from that search menu
I have a question. I just got into rl craft with my buddies and we are just exploring the game, but I generally like to have a plan for my progress into the game, so I've watched a bunch of ur videos. And in almost all of them, you are using an axe in your off-hand. What's the reason? What's the best axe? Is it even an axe?
Hey there! That axe that you see is indeed a normal axe! The reason that axe is in my offhand is because it increases my main hand weapon's damage! All enchantments on your offhand weapon will apply to your primary main hand weapon's damage! That offhand axe has the enchantments "reinforced sharpness V" and "subject mathamatics IV." In theory, you could have an offhand rapier with half of the good enchantments, and your mainhand rapier with the other half. The same enchantments do not stack, however. If you have sharpness V on your mainhand weapon and sharpness V on your offhand weapon, you will only get the affect sharpness V, not sharpness X for example. In end game for max damage I tend to have an offhand axe with those enchantments (you can only put reinforced sharpness V and subject mathamatics IV on an axe and they both increase your melee damage) or I will use a shield because it can be useful with natural blocking III and empowered defense IV on it! There are some other fun options for offhand items that normally are like talismans, but that offhand axe is certainly a go to straightforward item that increases your damage even further

What do u do in the nether for water?
I bring a few bottles of golden carrot juice in there with me usually. In late game I also bring waystones, so I can place one down to warp to base, restock with golden carrot juice, and then just warp back. Lately I just bring more golden carrot juice than I will need to be safe.

You should try taming a flying mount! If you make avian treats with 5 cooked chicken and 2 bones, you can right click flying avian enemies, such as rocs (they are the brown birds at night that try to pick you up), to tame them. You can then mount them with a saddle, and soulbind them with a soulstone so you can summon and desummon them at will and you can just resummon it when it is defeated. This flying mount will help a lot with travel!
@@CasualtyYT thanks I ended up doing that earlier then I found a dead dragon body and made a dragon bone rapier with the bones then I went exploring and found alot of stuff enough stuff to get a dragon eye I put that in a backpack that I had on the ground. Then after that my game crashed and before I loaded it up I decided to update ice and fire then that said something about missing the ice and fire mods and when I loaded it up the backpack disappeared idk if its cause the mod or cause the game crashed
What enchantments (other than mending) are not obtainable via enchanting table
Usually tiers of modded enchantments! Envenomed IV and V, and subject history V are some examples! You can pretty much get all enchantments from enchanting besides the supreme enchantments and upgraded potentials, but there are a few higher tier enchantments that cannot be combined up to, but can be obtained from librarian trading. Enchantments that have been removed from the game such as vitality and ancient sword mastery are also examples of enchantments that can only be obtained from librarians (but those enchantments were disabled so they do nothing)

Those enchantments no longer exist for rlcraft 2.9 onwards. Apparently, they were just as good as regular advanced mending anyways so shivaxi removed them.

Do you guys know a reliable and consistent way to obtain emeralds? I'm really having a tough time right now.
All port cities have a throne made of emerald blocks inside a castle building towards the edge of the city. You know you found it when you find a large bridgelike staircase. It is inside that building at the top in the main room. Trading string (that you can get through wool) to fletcher and fisherman villagers is also a very solid way to get emeralds. Finding super rare structures can give you hundreds of emerald blocks, but that is an inconsistent method. You can also look for dragon dens, those have a lot of emerald ore to mine. With fortune III on a pickaxe, you can sometimes get like 5 stacks+ of emeralds from a single large dragon den. There are a few other methods, but those are perhaps the fastest ones.

Idk but the 4/4 village oasis. If you go into the secret dungeon with the wine barrels through the carpet trap door on the first floor, there is a candle lever opening to a secret book room. No enchanted books but 1-2 xp tomes
I've never found a library and I've looted probably 100 villages if not more am I doing something wrong edit: actually theres a lot of these structures I've never seen like the castle and oasis villages

Heya Ricky! I don't know if I will make a video on that, so I will just tell you how right here! Right Click on your RLCraft picture or right click the picture and go to "profile options!" On that page, go to the far right of the page and click the 3 dots next to the play button and click "profile options" from the drop down menu. Here, you will check the little box labled "Allow content management for this profile" and then click "done!" Now click the tab next to your overview tab named "Installed Mods" and from there you can update the mods just like you could on the Twitch Launcher! Just click the little arrow next to the mods you want updated, for dragonsteel you just need to update the mods "Ice and Fire: Dragons" and "spartan fire" and bam you're done! I hope this helps

Yeah, those structures are cool, I even found a passive dragon that was named. It didn't attack me so it was super easy to kill. Looking back, I feel bad now... I should have made friends with it. Maybe it was for a quest idk.
ah, the good ole days from the multiplayer server so many months ago. Also you forgot to mention the fact that doomlike dungeons can also have gorgon (medusa) spawners in them which just one tap you if you look at them. but still a good video anyways!

The newest version of rlcraft (2.8.2) the only difference is I updated the two mods ice and fire dragons and spartan fire
