Cuba is changing all the time.
Some of the activities we did
may change in the future.
(e.g. I know Buena Vista is ending)
It's an incredibly interesting, beautiful
and unique country.
Be sure to check out my other
Cuba tour video's from this trip.

advice on visiting Cuba!
A must if you're planning a trip.
A huge, massive thank you to
MICKEL

You couldn't ask for a better duo

Informative, funny, dedicated
and genuinely nice guys.
Thank you both! Видеоклипы
Me hizo llorar. Muy buen video.
Thanks for this, I am looking at going to Guantanamo for the music, and it was very helpful in getting an idea of the area.
Baracoa is fantastic wee town... Very colourful and authentic. There's plenty to do with excursions in the region too.
We saw a few tourists here :)
We passed through guantanamo but only had lunch there. I didn't realise it was big for music!
Our favourite place for music was trinidad. Every day from noon till midnight-ish they have live music on a big set of stairs. It's the only place on my travels I saw lots of salsa dancing.
I was surprised how little salsa dancing I actually saw in Cuba, I guess I expected everyone to be singing and dancing on the streets haha.
But our favourite place was trinidad, followed by Baracoa.
Both very photogenic
Thx for the info. I don't know how big music is in Guantanamo town itself. I saw a rail travel doco with a few seconds of a band playing an unusual instrument, the marímbula, and went on from there. Check my profile. There is a playlist "Changüí examples from Guantanamo" if you are interested. Lonely Planet says you can hear the style of music in Baracoa, so I guess both are worth a dream trip, along with Trinidad! Once again, thanks for your response.
I just looked it up, very unusual! I never saw anyone playing that instrument in Cuba. I'm sure you've done your homework to find it though :)
Good luck with your holiday!
