My FlipGO came today. I LOVE IT! Got the 16 Touch and its fantastic! Super bright with the power cable plugged in and got the magnetic stand. Its nice being able to game on my main monitor and use my fingers to navigate without taking my mouse to the other side.
I got my FlipGo, the 13.5" model. It is also great if you are managing a lot of VMs, dev boxes and want to see everything at once. Nice video!
I love this concept!! However I've been burnt in the past for crowd funded items so I'll wait for the official release then purchase!
Wow finally a company does something perfect. All the other options on amazon are such a bulky, ugly or not not technical satisfying options. Good to this product hitting the market!

@technotice can you please do a asus zenbook duo 2024 performance review for creators I am super intrested in the video editing performance for davinci and premiere pro. I am nervous the gpu is juat not enough for anything more than a light edit.

AWESOME REVIEW! Have you tried with duo zenbook to do the ultraview mode (meaning the whole 1 screen) rather than having 2 separate screens in Flipgo? Jsaux claims it can be done, and the PRO version of Ultraview is special for MAC users due to Mac port display functions.

@@theTechNotice so there's definitely no border extra black border on the touchscreen Vs the pro? I've backed the touchscreen but I can change my pledge to the pro so just making sure I get the better one of the two. The one thing I wasn't sure which they didn't really answer was if I can do both screens via a single usb-c cable on the touchscreen with a MacBook pro. Do you know? Not bothered if it's not ultraview more if it shows both screens separately via one cable.

Hi, I have a question about which motherboard is better for my brother. (Unfortunately, he does have a budget limit)
My brother is a video editor like you, and he wants to buy a new PC for himself.
He wants to get the Asus ProArt B760 WIFI DDR5 with an i5 13400.
But my question is, which motherboard do you suggest for him:
1. PROART B760 Wi-Fi DDR5
2. Prime Z790-P Wi-Fi DDR5
Which one offers greater reliability for the future and more potential for future upgrades?

Yeah, that's a good point! The monitor should've included a little battery inside to compensate for that, I guess?
@@theTechNoticeProblem with this solution is unevitably increased weight and price tag, and as an integrated battery dies sonner or later without being replaceable, then it just becomes dead weight. Whereas not including one doesn't prevent you to transport and use an external battery which can be replaced if it becomes faulty.

@@theTechNotice It just seems that using "pre-production" to describe an in-progress Kickstarter campaign holds back some important elements of the message such as project volatility, limited availability, time to market and others. For me, it was a big let down to hear the whole picture at the end. Imho if you put the clear and concise message upfront, the viewer can walk away with a more positive message, sense of urgency and feeling about the product and experience. But, we're all different so who knows. :)
This setup is perfect for hedge fund managers and options traders who manage portfolios over $250 Mil a year.
Personally I wouldn't use these even if I got it for free and give it away also considering Intel isn't the best choice.
Seems like you're not fond of Intel... could you unpack why you'd choose AMD instead?

I'd reckon its not about CPU performance but rather the iGPU that would do a much better as time went on and would outlast its value far after warranty expiry.
But much of this stuff in a few years, eventually would end up in land fill as it physically wont survive "rough" usage. So Intel with its Ultra chip fits fine with novelty. AMD is more designed as utility in contrast.
For high flyers its perfect just like those old bulky laptops over 25 years ago which had additional battery packs.
This multi monitor setup is perfect for technical analysis and drawing chart patterns on the go.
It might survive in common liquid damage as screen will better sealing compared to regular laptop keyboard

I guess I'm looking at it from a creators perspective, the Intel iGPU is better at encoding video and can give you Quicksync in editing software, Where's AMD falls behind. I'm guessing for gaming AMD would be better?
A well produced and presented video as always (I’m a subscriber). However this, like many of your videos is just a paid commercial from a sponsor that recruited and compensated you to make it. Your channel is starting to feel like you’re an advertising company for hire.
To win my support I’d suggest doing all original reviews of products/companies that you are not benefiting financially from- then doing paid advertisements separately, all clearly defined.
If not this just feels disingenuous.

Can I ask you a few questions to understand a bit more where you're coming from:
May I ask what was the last sponsored video you remember that had a similar feeling to this one (paid commercial)? Coz my upload schedule is ~12 videos a month and in 2024 so far I've done 2 sponsored videos out of 36ish not sponsored videos. I'm just trying to gauge why they come across as 'paid commercial' ?
What other suggestions do you have that you'd like to see on the channel? Which product reviews? 🤔
What would your ideal channel content and uploads look like? :)

I do not assume to know what you do in your business to succeed or think I know better; I can only relate to you how I interpret what you produce. I find your channel very informative with outstanding production value and a great host 😉. What you offer is rare on RUclips and pertains exactly to what I’m interested in. That said, I started wondering with the many products you’ve covered lately such as the Terra Master D6-320 DAS and Geekom mini pc if these were honest reviews of products you freely picked out and paid for, or if it was something other. The JSAUX flip video was a super glowing review of a product with no up-front disclaimer that it was in fact a free product given in exchange for... a glowing review. It’s like the Amazon Vine Program where you receive a free product for a “review”, of what value is that review? I have watched other youtube channels that do similar product endorsements (that are free products to the creator) and this is how yours are starting to feel to me. I’m just not interested in paid or free product “reviews” if that’s what any of them are. If a creator does do a paid-for or free-product video I’d prefer a clear disclaimer in the beginning so that I can skip it. If the product was purchased freely and honestly by the creator at retail than I absolutely want to know that also! What I’m suggesting may not fit your business model and that’s ok too, I just like full transparency to be able to trust the creator or I’d rather spend my time elsewhere.
As far as “ideal channel content”, let me say this: I very much enjoy your channel content choices and want to continue viewing what you offer, I just want to be sure exactly what I think I’m watching really is what I’m watching.
