Hi Abraham, our favorite way to get rid of the excess liquid is to turn the heat to medium to low, stir the beef, and let the excess liquid evaporate. We think this results in the best texture of the ground beef afterwards! -Melissa

Beef cooked and refrigerated does not normally have the same flavor. How do you deal with that?
If you find that your beefs flavor changes, I recommend using heavier seasoning or a sauce. Hope that helps!
