    Mashers with a rubber lining or basic ground beef chop spatulas that are plastic are best since metal ones can ruin non stick pans. Just a side note. Love your video ❤

    Beef cooked and refrigerated does not normally have the same flavor. How do you deal with that?

      If you find that your beefs flavor changes, I recommend using heavier seasoning or a sauce. Hope that helps!

    What do you do with the excess liquid from the ground beef

      Hi Abraham, our favorite way to get rid of the excess liquid is to turn the heat to medium to low, stir the beef, and let the excess liquid evaporate. We think this results in the best texture of the ground beef afterwards! -Melissa
