    Yes, you're a total enabler! I have the old Fuji printer thanks to you. I also got the instax share 1 and now the sprocket. I love the sprocket because it is so much thinner. I just hope the prints do not fade like the zip prints. Thanks for your review.

    Just ran across this while researching the Hp Sprocket - thank you!! I need a little portable printer to print photos of my students at the beginning of the school year and this seals the deal - especially since the Sprocket uses sticker paper!! Love all the information you shared it REALLY helped.

    I just got the Cannon Ivy Mini Printer in the color white and mint, it was $130 plus I got an extra package of paper it was $25 for 50 sheets. I bought it at Best Buy. Then I went to Barnes and Nobles and I bought a blue Polaroid journal for $12 something. It’s basically a blank lined journal. That you can put your pictures in and Write stuff. They only had the colors blue or black when I was at the store.

    The last tiller I used was gas powered and many years ago↝↝>share4.photo/eCultivator?ㅊ10 I got the SMALL one (11 inch) and it is VERY powerful. It takes all my strength to keep it "on track" but I mean this in a good way. I am very pleased with how powerful it is. I am only using it to resurface my lawn and to put in a garden in the backyard. Assembly instructions were a little bit confusing, but not impossible to figure out. My main complaints are minor. I think the "power connector" is a bit loose, but I imagine this is a safety feature. The tiller "kicks" a lot, so it has the potential to "fly away" and a lose connector might aid in preventing problems. Second quibble is the "connectors" for the wheels. They are just screws, so they tend to "unscrew" after even a little bit of use and the wheels fall off. Perhaps another type of connector would be better...? Other than that, excellent quality for the price. Saved me hours of work. Thank you!

    Personally I would lean towards the HP printer because I really like that they take up the whole page and have the sticky backing. I think this will be on my "need to get" list before my next motorcycle trip. Then I can print & paste into a journal along the way! LOVE!

    One of the things you said struck me.... that to print with the HP printer you have to first adjust all of your pictures. Do you find that the instax printer is better to print right out of the phone without having to edit every picture?

    • @amytangerine
      @amytangerine  7 лет назад

      I do have both. I have the Canon Selphy CP900 -- goo.gl/zpiUxX
      I have had it for many years. I like it a lot, but rarely travel with it. If you're going for just one, I would say the Selphy because you can use an app like PicFrame goo.gl/nim2FR and print 2 photos on one 4x6. Hope that helps!

Question though...do you know if that HP printer fits inside of an LV mini pochette? • @masterpiecetheater
    @masterpiecetheater 7 лет назад +1

    Hey Amy! It's me (again, lol) back to ask a question. So, I got my Sprocket in the mail and it's everything I'd expected. I love it for what it does, y'know? BUT, what it doesn't do is print bigger pics. I knew this when I bought it, of course...but what I guess I didn't realize was how this is a good size for some pics but other pics definitely need to be about 4"x6". On that note, I'd been considering buying the Canon Selphy printer. Do you happen to have one? If so, will you do a video on it?
    Thanks again Amy! LOVE your videos, especially your DIY videos and product reviews. :)

  • @starstruckfeie
    @starstruckfeie 7 лет назад +2

    Hi, thanks for posting this video! It was very helpful. I think i'm going to go with the sprocket (my first foray into zink, and the film is a bit cheaper!)! I have a random question though! If you still have those photos, how did your photos age (the ones from your first mini printer?). I have polaroids from the 90's that are still true to color (which makes me want to lean more toward the instax) but I am a little hesitant on the paper and zink paper printers and I am wondering if they age well.

    • @amytangerine
      @amytangerine  7 лет назад

      Not sure if it's been long enough to see just how they will age. I have Instax photos from over 10 years ago that still look great!

  • @robinconlin7827

    What apps do you use for editing the photos? What does "make it cooler" mean exactly? Also, what are your thoughts on the Polaroid zip?

    • @amytangerine
      @amytangerine  7 лет назад

      Hi Robin, did a whole video: ruclips.net/video/00b-GXhWiVQ/видео.html
      To make it "cooler" I mean I am making to more blue instead of yellow. There is an edit on PicTapGo that is called something like 'cool it down' and this one edit has helped make the pictures brighter and not so yellow.
      I don't have the Zip, but from what I have seen in person from other people is that the pictures are a little muddy and not as crisp. I think the Sprocket is better.

    Hi Amy, have you used the Polaroid instant printer? I found it a little disappointing I wonder if you tried it?

    Thanks Amy! Have been looking at mini printers to put on the xmas list 😉 how are they price point wise? In terms of the machine + refills. Worth it? Thanks for sharing! - Emma x

    Hi Amy, have you had any issues with bright lines on the long edges of your photos from the SP-2? I have one and its fantastic, but it just makes a bright edge on the prints. Most times it fades away by the next day, but sometimes it doesn't...thanks.

    Hi Amy! How would you rate the Canon Selphy vs. Instax SP2?

    • @amytangerine
      @amytangerine  7 лет назад

      I have both. I have the Canon Selphy CP900 -- goo.gl/zpiUxX
      I have had it for many years. I like it a lot, but it mostly stays at home. I would say they are two pretty different things. And perhaps I am not the best person to ask because I like them both almost equally for different reasons. You can use an app like PicFrame goo.gl/nim2FR and print 2 photos on one 4x6, so I guess it could feel more like the SP2. Hope that makes sense!

      Just depends on your needs. If price isn't an issue and you can only have one, I would go with the Instax Share. The cost of printer and prints is higher on it, but it's pretty awesome.

    • @amytangerine
      @amytangerine  7 лет назад +1

      I honestly like them both. But I think maybe if I HAD to choose, I would say I like the Instax better.
