    Good day Pilates Lifestyle. I recently injured my R knee MCL and have not been able to do my mat Pilates with an ever changing Baker's cyst involved as well. I do modified, restorative yoga so I have the body awareness to keep myself safe especially with the multitude of other minor complaints my body has! One question, can a yoga strap be used instead of the band and still get the proper results? Will give this a try. Thank you for caring.

    Hi Janet, for static stretching yoga straps should be ok but for the exercises in my video I'd say a resistance band will work better. Especially if you are looking to strengthen the muscles around the knee & hip. You should be able to pick one up for around 10 - 15 Euro. Hope this helps. Regards Caroline

      Hi Connie, I wish the answer was "yes" but sadly "not yet" is the answer despite great intentions to improve the sound quality and make lots of more short helpful videos - I have failed miserably so far - but still have it on my "to do" list. Happy New Year! Kind regards Caroline

    I'm finding it extremely difficult to understand what you are saying, due to the poor acoustics. :'(
