Hi Brian. Now that was funny. A teetor totter. I never heard it called that before. I know it as a see-saw. You are almost at the work place. I am excited to see how it is set up. See you soon. Anthony

Sick Geocache find! The coolest one I've heard of involves nighttime with a flashlight and hidden reflective tape guiding you around to the cache. The sense of simplicity and freedom of movement in this lifestyle must be inspiring.

Oh my God! I stayed at that park! I thought it was awesome too! The tire is to practice passing a football. Or any ball, I suppose. 🤔
    What an awesome geocache!

I like those small town park campsites I did a few in Colorado and Iowa. Thats a Turkey feather if your wondering
Remember Money is Nothing its just a means to feed you, fuel, insurance, repairs when on the road. Get a Bottle of whisky and get a few single pack pouches of Tobacco with Papers. Its super awesome barter. sometimes to get repairs done cheap. as you replace items for things more suited Keep old again barter is everything on the road.
    Peace

Thanks for another resource. The free camping source and the nice little campground. 4 sites... that's so cool. Looking forward to your work camping video, Brian, I've read some blogs about the sugar beet harvest, that it can be pretty hard. Not something this old lady would want to do, wishing you luck with it. I've checked into my winter volunteer job, Bosque del Apache NWR, 2 days of training down, more to go. I'm finding that I should count my lucky stars falling into this job. The facilities for the volunteers are amazing, free laundry on site, all your hook ups, 100# propane brought to your site for the winter, yes it gets cold so they take care of us. There are about 17 of us here for the winter which is a very busy time because of the fly in for the winter of the Sandhill Crane. thousands, and a festival the week before Thanksgiving, ppl come in from all over the world to bird here, looking and photographing all of the wild life. I am blessed. And I wish you many blessings on your journey. It's a great life. Carlene aka Waianaegal

It sounds like you found a great gig! I follow some blogs that have some great pics of the birds there. What a great experience for you :)
The sugar beet harvest was a great experience. Surprisingly there were a few couples over 70 and even approaching 80 years old doing the harvest! They were some of the best workers!
Thanks for following along and take care :)

I'm glad you got a nice vibe from your stay in MN. We actually are very nice folks here! The movie "Fargo" was billed as a true story, but honesty was pure fiction, which the director/producer admitted to in an interview later. That movie makes a mockery of the good people of Minnesota!
