- Reform UK leader Richard Tice tells Talk’s Ian Collins that the Tories are “even more terrified” after hearing Nigel Farage will not stand in the General Election because he can “put all his energy into campaigning”.
On Thursday morning, the GB News host announced in a statement that he would not stand as a Reform UK candidate in the upcoming election but that he will “do my bit to help” the party in the UK campaign.

I personally think it could be advantageous for reform and our country as the early election call news spread like wildfire and it's got people looking into where to go from here in such a short amount of time. In general most people are unhappy with the way things are going and when they hear Reforms proposals I believe it will make their minds up. I reckon that there is little policy difference between Labour and the Conservatives. Economically equivalent, because they are both controlled by independent QUANGOs such as the Bank of England. Half of these doctors, nurses, care workers being brought into this country CANNOT SPEAK OUR LANGUAGE well enough for people to understand them and this is dangerous. I took my 95 year old mother for a hospital appointment and even I couldn’t understand the doctor and he got very irate when I asked him several times to repeat what he had said. This is not good enough and if I hadn’t rung and checked when I got home she would have had a visit to hospital the week after she didn’t need because he had messed up the appointment dates writing one thing on the appointment card and booking in and telling us another. Waste of everyone’s time and NHS money. Not good enough and not improving our NHS in any way shape or form.
Not being able to understand your Dr, Nurse, GP can be dire.
Communication is key to all walks of life, and in this instance could be the difference between life and death.
Totally agree Christine. I'm sick of having these foreigners in our hospitals and health care and any other organisation who are so foreign. We have no choice except those with money and private medical treatment where you can still find a white English person to talk to.
My late father in law spent most of the last year of his life in hospital and having dealt with these people first hand I truly believe that many of these so called "doctors" aren't actually qualified.
And some very dodgy practices from foreign medical workers. They need to pass some exams here before they're declared competant and let loose on the general public!
I walked out of an appointment with a face like thunder one day and a Nurse come up to me asking if I was alright. I said no I’m not I’ve just had an appointment and didn’t understand anything that was said to me it was a complete waste of time. She said did I know I had a choice to choose which Dr I see which I didn’t know at the time,since that day I refuse to see anyone who doesn’t speak good enough English. There just doesn’t seem to be enough English Drs anymore and those few that are left have very long waiting lists, my last Consultant that I chose myself I was told I would have years before getting to see him, I said well I’ll wait because I refuse to see anyone else and I waited over 2yrs and eventually they give me an app.
The only time hestletine was any good was on spitting image where did they dig him up from

Reform need to go on more mainstream media TV, particularly in the evening when most people are home from work. I LOVE Reform, and will vote for you 100%. @@MartinParsons-tr6wi firstly, I won't vote for any of the mainstream parties, there's nothing to choose between them and none of them have any intention of sorting out the craphole we now call England, but, I challenge you to name 4 policies that are exclusively reform, not Tory or labour with a little tweek here and there, then, in the unlikely event that you are able to, tell me how they intend to implement these policies. I'm not being deliberately provocative, I genuinely haven't seen anything from reform about any of their other policies?
Sadly the last 7 people I have talked to about the election have never even heard of reform ,well they have now but they need to get more info out
Reform don't really get any coverage I believe from the main stream like the BBC, they do get coverage from these outlets but not everyone watches or they don't know, especially the older people, they are the ones that need to know there is other choices other than the libslabscons, so I guess its left down to people to tell others
I joined Reform this year and I’ve just been contacted by my local candidate for my area , asking for help with canvassing and leaflet delivery , I jumped at the idea and have volunteered , I’m hoping I can get to as many people as possible , just to get the Reform Uk party name out into the open ..
If you want to volunteer to help you can contact them , don’t know if you have a candidate in your area , if so email him / her and tell them you want to volunteer . every little helps our cause .
