  • In this video, I will go through my first CSWA Exam Practice Set, with a focus on basic modeling, which certainly will be a central part of the CSWA Exam.
Two models will be created in the video. The CSWA Practice Set 1 can be downloaded from this Google Drive link:
    drive.google.com/file/d/1_U6P...
The video consists of examples of the use of 2D sketching, Sketch Relations, Boss Extrude, Extrude Cut, Linear Pattern, Offset, Reference Geometry, Equations, Application of Material, and Part Mass Evaluation.
The examples in this video are very similar to the examples that you will experience at the exam.
The video can answer the following questions:
    - How do the SOLIDWORKS CSWA Exam assignments regarding basic modeling look like?
    - How to define Global Variables in SOLIDWORKS?
    - How to create new Sketching Planes in SOLIDWORKS?
    - How to modify a part in the SOLIDWORKS CSWA Exam?

On the first model it seems that the moment I click confirm when converting entities on face 1 my sketch is no longer fully defined.
      I have:
      Made the equations
      extruded the block
      sketched centerlines
      offset entities with bi-directional
BUT the moment I confirm the convert everything goes blue.
any help is appreciated. Thank you
