- In this video, I will go through my third CSWA Exam Practice Set, with a focus on basic drawing views, in which you certainly will be asked questions in the CSWA Exam. If you have done your preparations well, these questions should be easy to answer, so that you quickly get those points and save valuable time in the following assignments.
This video is divided into two parts. In the first part of the video, the different SOLIDWORKS Drawing Views are presented, through a “CSWA Drawing View Dictionary” that I have made for this channel. In the second part of the video, the CSWA Practice Set 3 is answered to practice the type of questions that will be asked in the actual SOLIDWORKS CSWA Exam. The dictionary and the practice can be downloaded from these Google Drive links:

The video consists of explanations of the SOLIDWORKS Drawing Views - Break View, Detail View, Crop View, Vertical Section View, Horizontal Section View, Auxiliary Section View, Aligned Section View, Broken-Out Section View, Standard 3 View, and Projection View. It also contains some similar to CSWA Exam Questions. The examples in this video are very similar to the examples that you will experience at the exam.
The video can answer the following questions:
- Which different SOLIDWORKS Drawing Views do I have to know to answer the questions in the SOLIDWORKS CSWA Exam?
- What is the difference between the different Sections Views?
- How do I get the necessary information and knowledge to pass the CSWA Exam?
Thanks for this!
This is very helpful.
Thank you very much
thanks for the videos really helpful. That day you did that video was the hottest from the days of the other videos lol.
found it very useful and educational. Thank you.
You are very welcome!
This got me a full score on my cswa exam. Can you do one now for cswp?
Not to be a nag, but the aligned section view looks like a flat section view. If it was “aligned” wouldn’t the top portion of the section show the exterior face of the part?
NEVER MIND I GOT IT
how do I download your 2 PDF files
