Thanks for the walk through mate, I've contacted Enduroco a while ago but haven't heard back, can you give us a ball park price for the 4x4 conversion...understand if you don't want to
Looks like you can’t really get easy from the drivers seat into the back without leaving the car , I could be wrong. For me that would be a very important feature ! Also would like to have those 2 front seats be able to swivel around !
There is a you tuber in WA who has done the 4X4 conversion on his Hiace and is working out to do his conversion to a camper van you have a lot of great ideas to do with your camper van set up and have hot and cold water and all obviously you bought the best van the Toyota Hiace and as you could say you have all the bells and whistles also the Toyota Hiace is the biggest selling van in Australia and you can understand why and most Australians do buy Toyota's
Can you give detail on how to install the spotlights. Like wiring and getting from battery to the lights, did you require extra length. ANy hard parts as I am looking at Kings 7" 11500 lumens spots for my Commuter camper and thinking might try install myself.
Wow! Mark, this is perfect for us; just what we have been looking for mate! Any chance of pinging me all the relevant specs/worksheet etc. so we can get one done just like this?
Thank you for your superb upload... There was no mention of any costs? Understand if this was part of a promotional gig. Be neat to get some ball-park though? My future consideration is a Trakka LWB VW Transporter - the main concern here is (VW) reliability. Your rig is well thought out and looks to be very comfortable. Additionally given the mods - how was your diesel consumption?
Just curious re the pop top. Has it stood the passage of time and corrugations? Seems no one yet is proceeding with hard tops and as I look about a lot of pop tops seem hard pressed to go country long term. No cracks? water leakage? You mentioned in the other vid that you may try larger dia tires. Any further thoughts on that.
Hi, great set up but as a firefighter I would highly recommend moving that smoke alarm as high possible as heat and smoke rise to the highest point, it’s gives you the best chance to get out. Secondly get ride of that terrible fire extinguisher that’s above your fridge and get a traditional extinguisher (min 2kg ABE type) with a gauge, those aerosol types are 👎🏻 great and
Thanks v much Mark. Really enjoyed the tour through your rig. Happy travels ;-D
Awesome Hiace Mark. Just finished my build. If your ever in the Flinders, come on in to the Bush Camp.
I was just talking to a mate about building a 4x4 Hiace camper. Looks great. Better than a Troopy.

$60k for the coversion / fit out. Too much for me.
@@pippaknuckle Yeh that's fucking ridiculous.
Front Bumper looks good with this van 👌

Cool set up and well thought out mate 👍🏻
This is far better than anything Im afraid to say, even better than a Unimog I just can’t explain it❤
Love it, my idea of a van that is!

Excellent rig. Toyota should bring back from factory the HiAce 4WD version which was available in the '90s. It will be a modern day and bigger Delica.
they still made those right up to 2019. in the old van shape. i've seen minespec versions of this one but i'm not sure if it's factory

Bus4x4 charge 55-60k for a conversion. That's excluding the cost of the van itself.
Way too much in my opinion.
Most importantly, is there any dust ingress??
Music throughout the video is annoying but the van looks good
Interesting how there is no curtins or use of the large window for storage
I have curtains in it now. I don't want to use the windows for storage as that'll block the view and ventilation.

The pop top has been perfect to date.
hi, can you share where to buy the 180 awning and the roof rack for the tent? thanks
I got it from The Bush Company.
Have you experienced any of the Enduroco death wobbles yet?
No, it drives quite smoothly.
Hi Mark, great build. What's your GVM when fully loaded? What's the range from the 175 l tank?
GVM is upgraded to 4200kg.

Thanks firefighter.
How much is the price of the van with the 4 wheel drive conversion?
well the van new is about 88k. i'm looking at them now. there is a cheaper version with no windows. cargo style
My question is what happens when it rains
No water gets into the van. The pop top canvas windows can be left open slightly at the top to allow ventilation and not let water in.
How much? 130k + I would guess
still got it ? want to sell ?
Yep, still got it and very happy with it. Nope, not for sale as we're having to much fun in it.
