Oh sweetheart I was right there with you and knew, every step, why every step was that bloody hard xxx I don't know if this would help and please don't try it if you feel it's gonna go Pete Tong and you're gonna fall, but I get any carers that are willing (cos I spose it's not exactly prescribed practice!) To tip the board eversoslightly, towards where I'm going, the minute I'm over half way... kinda like a tiny seesaw!
Ok use your arms to pull yours legs closer to the edge of the bed yours can do a lot....if i was u I'll get my hands an flop my legs wherr they need to b ill b using my arms for my legs more than i would b scooting
