Our pregnancy journey - TW ⚠️ Finding out I’m pregnant and dealing with miscarriage

TW - This is not a pregnancy announcement. 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage, yet no one talks about it. This video feels extremely raw and vulnerable to post but I’m hoping this will raise more awareness for it to be spoken about. I am not posting for sympathy but to help others feel less alone. A loss is still a loss no matter how many weeks. Take time to heal, speak to friends or family if you can. There is no right path to feeling okay, it will come and go in waves. Everyone’s journey is different and if this is happening / happened to you, I’m so sorry 🤍
