- Did we create the world's most capable RAM Rebel GT Adventure Truck? We most certainly did... it's kinda what we do. The question we asked - Can you take a RAM truck and do Jeep-style trails and adventures? The answer is yes... yes you most certainly can. It takes a few core modifications to make a full-size, half-ton truck super capable - we've been keeping up with Shaun at the Story Till Now in his Gladiator these past 6 months. In this video, Paul takes you through a quick overview of EPIC's 2022 RAM Rebel GT Adventure Truck. This truck has been from Nevada to Alaska and is now a proven platform for the EPIC team's expeditions.
The RAM Rebel is a great offroad platform with the 3.92 differential gearing and the rear locker. Adding the GT package just makes it so much sweeter with the paddle shifters, seats, manual shift knob, RAM air intake and the Mopar performance exhaust.
This RAM Rebel GT is equipped with the BDS 6" Suspension, Upper Control Arms and Fox 2.5 Adjustable Coilovers/Shocks. 20x9 Fuel Militia Wheels wrapped in 37x12.50R20 Baja Boss MT Tires. Front bumper is an Addictive Desert Designs Stealth Fighter Bumper. Rear bumper is a Mercenary Offroad 1-ton bumper that has been heavily modified to work here. The Go Fast Platform Camper keeps us sleeping comfortably. All lights are Baja Designs. Boom.
Watch our other videos on our channel for this truck's build video. There's lots of information there and if you have questions, just drop us a comment or give us a call.
EPIC Adventure Outfitters creates RAM Adventure Trucks on a weekly basis with our partners at White Rock Dodge. If you're looking for adventure with your half-ton RAM, we may know a thing or two ;-) Give us a call and we can discuss what suspension, bumpers, wheels/tires and other equipment you need for a safe, comfortable and super capable ride.

That rig is a beauty. Also, it feels like it's been a while since I've seen Paul in front of the camera.
Thanks Gretchen! I'm really happy with the truck. It's not a Jeep, but damn... I've managed to keep up with Shaun in his Gladiator. And it's just so comfortable to drive. Cheers! See ya soon!
This truck is so awesome and refreshing to see something different than the usual 3 vehicles all over the internet
What an unbelievable truck! Love the lifted and tucked rear end....................... ....... ...
Yeah, we know what you like Teddy. Ha ha! Cheers from the crew at EPIC!
Ram has always been my go to pick up truck. I've owned a 3rd gen and currently drive a 4th gen. This Ram Rebel build is EPIC!
Thanks for watching! I've been pushing this truck and keeping up with the Jeeps. Check out the other videos on our channel on this truck when you have time. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
Nice. Let's see more Rebel adventures...I have one too!
And i sit here and cry because i know i will never be able to afford a truck like this or have the opportunity.
Never say never . Life changes as time goes by.
Or you're working so much to afford it you never get to take it out 😂😂 😢😢
Buy used and build your dream truck
New truck prices are ridiculous. Buy used and save a ton of money and when you go to cut it up it dosent hurt as bad.
I bought my truck for 4k and built it up peice by peice myself wrenching nonstop. Ran about 75 trails now in Colorado and Moab. You don't need a 100k rig to have fun just motivation.
Awesome build! Talk about goals haha. I did fit 18x9 fuel clash rims on my rebel gt tho, but need to be careful where the balancing weights are placed.
I love my 2020 rebel…such an underrated truck
I've been driving Jeeps for decades and this is our first RAM Rebel. It's just sooooo comfortable for those long drives. And off-road it's been totally suitable, we've just destroyed the paint on tight trails. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
great build gents!
Thank you muchly! Cheers from the team at EPIC!
Such a badass build! Really curious tho - I thought the Rebel came stock with 18" wheels?? Did you upgrade the brakes?
🤣 Paul!!! That was awesome and definitely the most...epic (I had to) sign off of any video you guys have made👍🏻🥃
Ha ha... funny thing is that I forgot that's what I said at the end... then a few clients end their phone calls the past few days with "say hi to your mom for me" lol. Fun times. Fun times. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
@@EPIC-4WD hahaha...Beauty! And just FYI,should my LottoMax numbers ever come up and I have an actual reason to call you guys, rest assured I'll be asking both you and Christian to say hi to your moms for me!!😁👍🏻🥃
That is how you do a video. Nice!
So with the spod, can you not download an app/program to the truck and just use the big screen? That would solve the mounting issues...
What happened with the broken diff...I think it was the diff you were building a backet or reinforcement, I thought we'd see that
when I saw this video.
Thanks for watching! This video was more of a high level overview video. All the front diff stuff is on our channel in another video or two. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
You guys built a incredible truck. One day I would like to be able to make the call to build my own epic truck ! 🤙
That is a bad ass rebel. Nice build spec. The rebel just had a rear locker right, no front? Can you add a front air locker?
Yes, the Rebel comes with 3.92 gears and a rear locker. It's a bummer that you can't re-gear this truck as nobody makes a ring/pinion for the tiny front differential ;-) I've never looked into a front locker for it... I would assume that nothing exists. I've never needed a front locker regardless. The rear locker gets us out of most stuff and a winch up front helps when we get really stuck. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
@@EPIC-4WD what is the front diff 7.5, 8” ?
Driving in ditches... is that a Surrey thing?
Dude, I had to take 2 ditches and drive on the wrong side of the road just to get to work this morning. It's crazy out here in Surrey!
Very nice build.
Thanks for watching and following along! Cheers from the team at EPIC!
Nice build. 👍👍
Thank you sir! We appreciate you watching and following along. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
Ram goals.
My mom says, "Hi, Paul". 🤣
I'm sure she did. Tell your mom to update her onlyfans ha ha! Cheers from the team at EPIC!
🔥🔥🔥🔥
That's right... it is fire. Woohooo! Cheers from the guys at EPIC!
And how much yo build this truck I have a 23 Rebel GT with air suspension.
Mom says hello 😂
Yeah, we had to kick your mom out last night... she kept eating all the buffalo chicken wings!
@@EPIC-4WD classic move by Ma!
I am not a Dodge guy at all, but that is a beauty!
Thanks Darrell! Cheers from the team at EPIC!
My mom said “tell Paul I say hi and thanks.” She said you still owe her bus fair. Is there something you guys have neglected to tell me?
Hi mom😂
James, James, James... tell your mom to stop drunk texting us dirty messages.
My mom told me to tell you stop leaving her voicemails.
Ok Colin. Tell your mom I drained the bank account she set up for me. Top it up so I can get some Popeyes Chicken.
@@EPIC-4WD 🤣🤣😂
Why, get the 80k truck just to change everything that made it 80k, you could have just get a tradesman and changed it all, 40k cheaper
That is a really good question - and an option we examined before purchasing this Rebel GT. We really wanted the creature comforts (the seats, the stereo, the steering wheel, the door panels/dash material, the moonroof, etc) along with the 3.92 gearing and rear locker from factory. The lighting, Rebel flares, exhaust, air intake, front grille and more were worth it to us. That being said, we've built quite a few Tradesman trucks like this, swapping out certain components. It all depends on your budget, how comfortable you want to be and what features you need. Thanks for your question and cheers from the team at EPIC!
@@EPIC-4WDgreat answer. 👍
@EPIC-4WD that's the only thing I could think off also is for the interior, but I just had to ask.
@EPIC-4WD like the videos, jeeps and the trucks. Was just curious
